We went through the drive thru, ordered only popcorn chicken combo. Getting her to take the order was like pulling teeth. They made us pull to the front and wait for like 10 minutes. Not fast food for the most simple order ever. Dr Pepper tasted unusual. Will never come back to this location.

I went to the store about 1;10am in the morning 12/11/23. I placed my order . When I get to the window the amount was a little more than I normally paid which was okay . So I pay the clerk and she hand my soda out the window and I am waiting for my change. She comes back to the window and hand me my food. I ask her could I have my change and receipt. She tells me I have you your receipt and change she standing there arguing with me saying. She did. Finally she walk over to the machine that prints the receipt then bring me the receipt .didn't give me my change back. What upset me was she argued with me then brought me the receipt after! She was so wrong. I called a manager when I got up. Customer service skills is thrown out the door. Jack n the box check you saff 24th St Baseline Rd! Store # 1533 order# 121emp Kiara! Like, it's only 11am... my food should be FRESH! NOT DRY, like why is anything every dry and over cooked? Can you guys wake the heck up on the south side of phx, I ordered 3 Supreme croissants WITH Mayo... and OF COURSE it's only a spit of mayo, the egg is stupidly fried to death the bread feels like its been in the freezer, food isn't even hot and I live around the corner.... ugh what a disappointment... real lame of yall.. I had to come home to make my own egg smh

I must have gotten the same lady as Mike. I ordered through the drive through and the lady Monique or Monica was real jittery. She asked if I want sauce 3x after I kept saying yes.She asked me to pull to the front. When she brought my food she said next time go to the other side. I told her I apologize but she should be more specific and say the SE side so customers don't get confused. She proceeded to not leave my car as I rolled up my window as she continued to talk. As I drove away she stood there talking to herself.
