Messed up my order then he gave me crap like it was my fault that they messed up my order and the prices are now astronomical Jack In The box used to be the local place. You could go if you only had a couple bucks and fill up. Not anymore. Now you got to take out a second mortgage on your house to eat there.

My review is more about the costumer service that I received today. Her name is Daniela she's very polite and very charismatic person. Same thing with the other employees there. I guess when you're a good person you transmit that to you co workers. Thank you so much Daniela. The food was delicious by the way.

Here is my issue with Jack in the Box. They are no longer a cheaper alternative to other burger joints and frankly their food does not stack up. I am willing to pay a dollar more for a better burger. Fry's where cold burgers small

We ordered 2 burgers and 2 tacos, no edits. Only 1 burger and 1 taco were correct. Others were not what we ordered. Took the food home so we weren't able to get corrected. We had to wait extra long for our order too. Wasted our time and money.

Ordered a Supreme sourdough breakfast sandwich total was close to 7.00 just for the sandwich and it's size is like 3 bite type sandwich what the heck. Few months ago I had ordered a chicken sandwich and both top and bottom bread were getting hard..not the jack in the box I used to like going to

The last time I came on here, it was to write a negative review about the late night staff after several errors with my food and how they ran the window. Haven't been to this location since, but tonight I gave it another try after I got off my 12 hour shift. COMPLETELY different experience the person taking the order was polite and knew what he was doing, food was fast and came out hot and nothing was missing.
