I called to ask a question and they picked up, but they didn't say who I was actually calling, then I asked my question and if I was calling Jack in the box and they just said 'no'. So I don't even know what they were saying no to.

I'm shocked that, with all of the Latinos and Latinas working there, none of them seem to know how to wrap stuff in a tortilla. I only come here for the jack wraps and half the time it's like they just threw a tortilla and the filling inside the paper instead of wrapping it. Embarrassing really. Also, today I asked for grilled chicken and was given crispy. Not sure how they got that one mixed up. Manager gave me my order and, despite the fact that we only had a short interaction, her attitude sucked.

First time eating here and was really hoping it would be better, or maybe even equal to a McDonald's breakfast, but I was so disappointed! Mushy, cold and absolutely tasteless. I got the croissant and the hubby got the full pancake platter. Just meh. Gojng back to McDonald's.

We irdered online & picked up thru the drive thru. Had to wait as they were pacing the orders. Having already ordered online - we were a bit surprised by the wait. Once we go to the window - our interaction with the staff was GREAT! The food was on point!
Me being from Georgia and we don’t have Jack in the box. This was a very disappointing experience and shocking.
They gave me the wrong order and when I came back for them to replace my order, they try to add more ingredients on the same burger instead of making me a new one and when I try to call for service, one of the ladies was looking right at me and refused to respond to me so I requested my refund, and the manager was not pleasant as well and did not even ask me what happened. I felt a very Racist vibe in there.

Food here was very delicious. My chicken was fresh and juicy and my husband's breakfast burrito was very filling and delicious for him as well. The last up front was very professional and friendly and the guy who handed us our food was very nice as well and gave us extra sauces which I appreciate.

This location has gone to the dogs in the last few years. Once we danced for our anniversary there and then the entire staff changed for the worse. Unfortunately we were having a long night and our cravings got to us.
I’ve seen good teams and bad, even worked for a decent Jack team in HS. Managers should be able to maintain their team cohesion, unity, and harmony. That is far from what I observed today. It was like cats in a bag, sibling rivalry, personal disputes being expressed to the customers, indifference and excuses.
Customer satisfaction took a back seat. I’ve seen some positive experiences in these reviews, sad mine has to be a negative.
Do better, managers and owner.
Never again going to this location.
