The new protein bowls were very good. The fajita version had rice, peppers, onions and crispy chicken with a new sauce for $7.99. A decent healthy option.

I went through the drive through and they gave me the wrong order. An employee came out to collect the order they’d given me and I told them to make sure they remade it because I had already put my hands all over the fries and burger. The employee simply didn’t listen and took the order to right customer. They don’t care that I had already put my dirty hands on it. They then gave me my order correct and when I got home, I noticed that they forgot to give me my drink. I drove back to get my drink and there was no apology made, no offer to comp anything, and no taking responsibility for their lack of accuracy. The person I feel bad for is the one that got the order I had put my hands on. I’ve been sick with a bad infection, so I hope someone else doesn’t end up with my condition thanks to the JB employees at this location.

12.15.25 - Unsure why I was not able to order Mini Tacos this morning. All I had asked for was: 1 breakfast jack and a box of mini tacos. But The GIRLS response was that they are out of mini tacos at the moment ? Seemed to me like she was wanting to complete her opening duties than handle any order big or small. Idk. Something felt off like she wasn’t being truthful rather she just didn’t want to make it ? - If true, why aren’t y’all stocking the mini tacos ?! Love themm and bummed they were supposedly “out”
WHERES BILLY ?! he’s always cheerful and goes above and beyond. Wish my morning started out with him vs this girl and her lack of effort

I visit this Jack n the box about 4 days a week in the am. For the 1st 3 months or so things were great. Im going to assume the staff that were working at this location left. They have a new bunch of workers that can't get simple things right. I order the same EXACT thing EVERY SINGLE morning. 4 tacos only cheese and 1 chicken sandwich with SWISS cheese no lettuce heavy mayo.. These last few trips I've had ORANGE cheese on my chicken sammich... Today i checked my sandwich before I pulled off from the window.. And Dang right it had ORANGE cheese on it.. I wish I had the gals name at the window BUT of course she didn't give me a receipt.. But I said this is not right while my husband is handing it to her and she would not take it back.. she just had that dumb look on her face and she kept saying what but wouldn't take the sandwich.. I said are u gonna take the sandwich hes handing it to u.. she says you better stop yelling at me. Like Okey NOW imma yell at u cause whats wrong with ur customer service. Im trying to tell u my sandwich is not right.. hes handing it to u why aren't you taking it?? Then she proceeds to tell me that i can't come back there lol?? Girl bye yall messed up and ur mad?? She said yoir on camera dont come back here.. Managers Please watch the cameras.. please let your employees know how to conduct proper customer service.. I also used to work at Jack n the box in my teens.. I the customer did nothing wrong.. I pay my money I want my order right.. I expect to be treated with enough decency when I patronize your establishment. Your employee was totally incorrect.. I asked for my money back for the sandwich.. I could not trust it to be made right.. I do plan to call corporate. This incident this morning was not okay at all
Absolutely terrible. I ordered from there 2 nights in a row through doordash. Eggrolls and hamburger. And milkshake. Both times. No straw for the milkshake. No security cover on the milkshake. No s&s Dips for the egg rolls.

My son and I went through the drive-through here today. We ordered some tacos when we got up to the window. There was a girl there named Jessica. My total was like seven dollars and some change so I gave her a 10 1/4 so I could get a dime back however she was incompetent and could not figure out how to do basic math. She handed me back the wrong amount of dollar bills as well as change. I told her that she had given me the wrong amount of money and she said well what do I owe you and I’m thinking to myself well shouldn’t you know so I let her know how much she owed me I gave her back my money she handed me my money. I guess I offended her because when she gave me my food, she pretty much threw it at me. I didn’t appreciate the way that she talked to me or the way she treated me so I decided to park the car and go inside to talk to the manager when I went inside to talk to the manager she came from drive-through when she heard me ask for manager she started screaming and yelling at me telling me to get out of her store that I’m not allowed in there and I was like why am I not allowed in here because of the way that you treated me in the drive-through because you want to talk to me however you wanna talk to me she threatened to call the police on me. Oh well I’m just trying to make a complaint and let them be aware of how she’s treating their paying customers.
