This is the 3rd time that I came here and they always forget to give me one of my items.. i keep forgetting to check my bag.. But this is the 2nd time in a row I come n forget to give me my churros. I can't drive back and forth too far for me. Very inconvenient I'm so mad. But they never forget to charge me that's for sure.

Typically have no issues with the food but I'm tired of trying to get breakfast in the early hours, today was 0405, and being told they're not open at this time. For an establishment with posted 24 hour open, it's odd that they are consistently "closed" almost daily in the early morning hours. Thankfully there is a Whataburger not far away, even though it's a little farther from my office, and they'll be getting my business from now on since this is a common issue with this location.

Tacos were still cold in the middle chicken sandwiches fried or microwave too hard extra tough and fries are Stale.. Bad experience calling phone # no answer

So It was late at night and had to use the drive through. I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered the buttery jack combo and the monster tacos. They got the order completely wrong. They gave me regular tacos instead of the monster tacos. On the combo meal (curly fries) they have me a plain hamburger and half baked regular fries. So I had to go back through the drive through again and wait another 30 minutes. When I explained to the worker how the order was wrong he told me he would fix it but was trying to charge me $3 extra for the tacos. Luckily the combo meal was correct the second time. I told him that I'm not paying the $3 extra due to him messing the order up and me having to wait a total of an hour for my food.
Messed up the order, had to go back. They did apologize and made good on the mess up order.
