Just ordered my dinner on lunch break and food was not fresh as asked. I order single jack combo. Burger not fresh and the donut holes are old. You can the foods been sitting.i will not visit until staff change do better😝🤢

Went after work to get food they shorted me 2 tacos and we didn't have our curly fries. Went back to store to tell them she gave me what I was missing I go home and open my chicken bacon club sandwich that I payed 7$ just for the sandwich for them to put regular plain just lettuce and chicken no bacon no ranch so disappointing I payed $7 and got a dollar chicken sandwich in my bag.

Worst service drinks not good no gas we tried coke, Dr pepper Sprite and even though we asked for bottles of water instead he brought one of them half way it was already been used !!!! So 👎...

Supposedly they have the third best shake in phoenix. I say it's the best believe it or not. Chocolate shake with whip cream and a cherry on top and it's perfectly blended.

It was July 15, 3:10pm on a Monday I walked into the restaurant and proceeded to walk into the restroom to relieve myself and wash my hands before ordering my food. The door was locked so I asked an employee who told me her name was "Emily" she had no name tag on that the door was locked and if I could access the restroom. She said it's for customers only and that I would need to purchase first. I told her I am a customer and that I would like to relieve myself and wash my hands first and she refused me service. There was another woman behind the counter with "Emily" and I asked was she the manager and she replied "I do not work here" They continued talking like I wasn't even there and couldn't have cared less about me. I have never been treated like this before and would recommend people not go to this jack in the box. I will be filing a complaint with corporate

I had placed a mobile order for some food app said it would take 10-15 minutes to be ready I went to claim my food 30 minutes after placing the order just to get rejected service and told I need a car to claim my order the cashiers name was Marcia I had called the manager Abraham about the problem and all he said was get your food tomorrow and proceeded to hang up when I was still trying to explain the situation wasted about 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to get my food should have just ate some place else

Bad customer service not to mention false advertisement. The menu says $7.69 for a smashburger but when you order the burger is $8.49 before tax. When I called her out on it she said the price went up I said so why doesn't the menu reflect that she said she's just a low-level employee that that's a question for her manager when I asked for the manager there wasn't one available beware Jack in the box will try and rip you off with false advertisement
