Yesterday I walked in to have dinner with my baby while I was waiting for an oil change at Walmart and I was greeted by OLIVER he was super nice smile on his face great customer service and very helpful something I don’t see no more this days with young adults

Food was hot and crispy I love that they make everything fresh not just have it sitting there ready for when ever you order it I will definitely be back to this location THANK YOU SO MUCH

Everything when i am working at south phoenix i stop by, and Maria it's super nice.. .She greets me with a smile... Yesenia too, always smiling... always making sure my food is hot and on time.. they are super professionals 😉

I believe the manager , I’m not sure she didn’t have a name tag, she was an older native or Hispanic woman with drawn on eyebrows was super rude to my sick father when he asked for our soft drink cups and denied him the cups at first saying she was waiting for a customer to get there order, which of course was her family member, then when he asked again 10 minutes later she gave him 3 small cups, he only bought 1 cup so we thought she was making up for being rude earlier but when her family member said they didn’t get there drinks she said out loud so that we could hear that the drinks SHE gave us were meant for her family member but that my father took them , as if we stole them when she handed them to us, she then proceeded to tell my father he had to pay for the small cups which she then charged him with large cup prices. How is it that she made a mistake and then charges us for the cups just to cover up said mistake. Idk if she was drunk or if there running some kinda scam to help with sales or something but it’s not the first time they hand us extra item but then charge us for them after, I honestly believe they think there clever but I’m NEVER returning to this location , look at there rating and reviews they speak for them selves, also this woman should be fired she’s rude, obviously hates her job, and is possibly drunk on the job that’s probably why no name tag. Do not visit this location

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Service is slow. They always ask you to back up in the drive thru line to save their drive thru time. I’ve heard racial slurs used on numerous occasions. The manager, Sandra, talks to the employees very reckless. I’ve seen the billboards where she has forced the employees to give her money for a fundraiser “donation” going on in store. I’ve seen the dirt and filth in the store and have photos to prove it! Old toilet paper in machines for who knows what reason. Employees working with no gloves. The list goes on and on. I wouldn’t trust the food since no one wears gloves. The grease is never changed timely. I’m not even sure how this location is even still open. There’s so many other locations and food places in the area that I would never choose to go here and you shouldn’t either! They need an entire new staff and training, starting with the manager Sandra.

The so called Manager is absolutely horrible!! I witnessed her belittling her employees calling them stupid and threatening to terminate them. She is absolutely horrible!! I recently went back to find out her name and was told it was Sandra. Sandra does not need to work in food service. The location is terrible. I plan on having an investigative report completed on her and this location.

I had to toss my food in the bag while eating and get the heck out of here. I get cleaning but when you have so much of a cleaning concentrate in your water it gases out your patrons. Why are you cleaning the floors with such a toxic chemical that patrons can’t even breathe. Plus, it’s not like the rest of the restaurant is clean… choose your struggle

This has to be the worse made sandwich that I’ve paid $13 dollars for! The manager and the person making the sandwich needs more training! The district manager should be ashamed also! I was excited because I just recently move here from north East Ohio and haven’t had jack in the box since 2009! Definitely not going back and they should lower the prices! I feel like I got robbed!

Very rude drive thru girl who was really pushy and then the manager in a red t-shirt young man said move back my times are messing up and I said no I didn't even get to finish my order because I felt rushed and your still asking me to move back to help your store? I'm sorry but this jack news a better night manager that's not how you treat your customers. Thanks!
