Could I order food here? The ladies are working here today at 9:31 November 14 could not help me complete my order I was trying to order a special they had online and I was trying to give them a coupon code and they would not accept the coupon code. Then I asked them if they could help me complete my order online and they couldn’t help me with that. I asked for a manager, and there was no supervisor on site, and when I ask again for supervisor, they couldn’t speak English then I ask again for supervisor and they had me a phone. Who am I supposed to know who is on the phone? I don’t know who’s on the phone why isn’t there a supervisor on site?

I just pulled through at the window of this Jack n the Box and order 8piece chicken nugget meal…$10 meal. I pulled up to the window, paid for my order and received my drink and a bag of nuggets and curly fries that was basically the bottom old fries, that was dry and not hot! I immediately asked them for fresh fries,.. the lady at the window looked at me as if she did not care they gave me old bad fries. She barely wanted to take the fries from me after I pulled the fries out the bag and asked her “kindly” “Would you eat these fries” …. She just stared at me. Then she took the bag, did not apologize, closed the window, waited about 1 minute to give me another bag of HARD NOT FRESH CURLY FRIES and she knew she was giving me another batch of old fries. I touch the fries looked at her and just pulled off.
This location is trash!!!

I’m sure it was the manager with that behavior. She had not care at all she was given me bad food.

Food is fine, drinks nearly always off in some way or another (flat, low on syrup, w/e)

Biggest concern is being regularly asked to "please back up past the poles for us" nearly every time I go in the drive-thru. Obviously issue being, backing into people behind you while doing so. They do this to reset the timer they have. They asked the person in front of me to do it today and they nearly backed into me.

Entirely avoidable if they stop asking their employees to fudge the metrics to look better to corporate/franchise.

Heads up for anyone they ask to back up: your insurance will hold YOU accountable for backing into someone at the drive thru. Just tell them "no".

They have the customer back up, away from the window after paying. This causes their service time to reset. Makes it appear the are servicing the customer faster then actual service time.

Sucks that this is my closest jack in the box. They never have anyrhing and always get my order wrong. Their food always taste nasty or old. One time my breakfast came with mold on the bread and I've never been able to eat here again since. I rather drive to a farther one just to get what I actually want.
