Horrible costumer service. No receipt was giving to me.. second I was park at front waited 25 min I decided to go inside because all this people were getting their food except for me I go inside I was asked by 4 employees what was I waiting for?? When I got my food I got the wrong size fries, I had to wait like 3 more min because the fries were not ready. One of the employees go outside and gives my husband somebody else food while I was waiting in the lobby. 6 employees on site and none of them seem to care horrible costumer service

I wanted 24 tacos (2for whatever they cost) they wanted to charge me $24, so I asked for 12 order of tacos they charged me $12 get home and I have 12 tacos….. I called
And the Mexican lady who barely speaks English tells me I have to order them online. I rather not even deal with them again and go back. Stay away!
Had a long exhausting shift at work and wanted to get some food. The guy working the window told me I can't order without placing an online order. Never seen a busy so dead and still turn away money

I’m writing this while. I’m still in the parking lot waiting for food. It’s been 30 minutes. All I ordered was tacos. the worker at the window was super rude. The other worker is outside in slides smoking a blunt in front of my truck in the parking lot. Laveen is ghetto.

So one day I was coming in just to buy lunch and they were taking forever with everyone's meal and they told us rudely to calm down and that's just not good ethics

Energy is a huge appeal to a customer and if you answer the drive-thru with low energy (enthusiasm) this tends to dictate the rest of the experience. After arriving at the window, the person stated the total and took my card. They handed the card back without a receipt and then asked us to pull forward behind the other automobile that was waiting. It took about 5-8 minutes to bring our spicy chicken sandwich to the window. The food was hot and prepared as expected.

Have ordered food here twice now both times my order has been incorrect with the first time i received the wrong food and was charged for the change and the second time was a mobile order and my jumbo jack was missing the patty and had an excessive amount of mayo in it I am extremely disappointed and upset that I did not get to eat my food after waiting 50 minutes for it.

Management and worker's were not professional they were rude to customers, the food took a long time to be made and was thrown together very quickly, burgers seemed to lack sauce, bacon, etc... the fries were burnt. The language heard from the kitchen was very unappropriate and they way they jokes and comments about the food was not professional

Order was wrong and sauces were too, wasn’t the first time.
I personally have nothing against jack in the box, I love their food. But this particular jack in the box made me wait around 20 minutes for my food and all I got was some chicken tenders combo… Update: they made up for it by giving me an extra tender
