This location smelled horrible and, the service was mid, there was just 3 people in there and they took a lot of time. I order my usual chicken sandwich, and it was so bad the chicken was barely cooked, and the drink tasted like the place smelled like.

I feel like they are usually pretty decent. General manager goes above and beyond to make things right. I'm genuinely impressed by the customer service. As long as I'm local I will continue to make this my cheatday restaurant.

I can never come to this place and not wait 30+ minutes for my food. Go Through the drive through, they’ll make you park in the front with a line of cars waiting for their food. Service is horrible as well!! This time it was the afternoon crew on 1/ 21. I had 2 small items, it took 30 minutes to get it! Trash!

Wrong sandwich. Wait time was horrible when I did a mobile order. Still ended up waiting 20 mins and got wrong sandwich. Sandwich looks like it's 2 ends of breads. Can't request a refund through the app since this location doesn't show up. Run far from this one. Drive a little farther down to the better Jack in the box
