I am standing in the past Jack-in-the-Box as I write this. I waited for my order for 17 minutes, watching my food sit behind the counter. When the cashier finally brought the meal over to me at the counter I asked her to have it made fresh as it was ordered so long ago and I had watched it sit. With an attitude, And an eye roll she asked her cook to remake my order but to do it after several other orders. The customer service at this establishment is sorely lacking. I had the Buttery garlic burger. it was chewy and not easy to swallow. will not be ordering it again. The order was repeated to me as I ordered my food and it was correct, however, I get home and look in the bag and the order was wrong. I was given a five pc churros when I ordered 2. this keeps happening over and over. I am not going back for a while. sorry Jack in the Box. your burgers are terrible.
