Came here for food and I’m pretty sure there was only ONE person working and he did an amazing job with taking orders and bringing them out! This young man deserves a raise for handling all the late night cravings ! I didn’t get his name but I hope he gets recognized for his hard dedication !!

Didn't even get to order anything I asked if they accepted EBT and whoever was working the drive-thru very rudely just said no in the nastiest tone ever. Also just FYI online says that they do accept EBT and I think they just didn't want to deal with it. I understand the stigmas behind having a food card but just know I'm a single mom that makes $15 an hour and I am trying to get a better job in the meantime and get my GED I'm not somebody who abuses the damn system. I don't appreciate being treated like I do. Whoever was working the drive-thru today on 7/13 I hope you have the day you deserve

They seriously need to update their slogan from “fast food drive-thru” to “you’ll grow old waiting” drive-thru. I was literally the only customer there no one ahead of me, no one behind me just me, the lonely soul trying to get a basic order. And yet, somehow, it still took 15 full minutes to get my food. Were they growing the ingredients out back? Conducting a séance to summon the spirit of efficiency? Who knows.

Not even the courtesy of a “sorry for the wait” just silence, like this kind of glacial service is normal. If I could give zero stars, I would. Actually, I’d like to give negative stars just for the experience. What an absolute joke of a place.

This location used to be ok. Now you just wait at least 30 minutes at the drive thru and then the food is cold and horrible and always wrong. I literally had the chicken sandwiches given to me without chicken patties!!

Nasty food. Fries were old, bacon cheeseburger burned and chicken sandwich disgusting. Plus we waited for our mobile order over 20 minutes. Never again.

I will never be coming back to this location they have no urgency! Had me pull to the front so they can continue to go slow the. Had the audacity to get my order wrong! If I didn’t have things to do I would bring it back and get a refund. This is unsat get it together Jack!

I had the worst experience at Jack in the Box on Carefree Way. There were about 10 cars in front of me when I pulled in, and it took forever to even get to the window. Once I finally got my food, not only was it cold, but they also got my order completely wrong. I asked for a simple modification, and they completely ignored it. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and the wait was ridiculously long for such poor service. If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother stopping here—definitely not worth it. Would give zero stars if I could.

Went through the drive thru today was waiting about 20 mins in line due to the car in front of me not knowing what was going on and couldn’t back up because of the cars in back of me. When I finally got to the window the last that helped me blamed it on the car in front of me. But I can see why there was an issue. She was very rude to me probably because of the issue she was dealing with but made it very unpleasant for me and I had nothing to do with it. Very unprofessional especially for a manger to act in such a way towards customers. There’s another Jack in the box down the road and I have no problem driving there as long as I get good service. I’ll never be back to this one while that lady is still working there. Here employees looked so unhappy.
