This location used to be ok. Now you just wait at least 30 minutes at the drive thru and then the food is cold and horrible and always wrong. I literally had the chicken sandwiches given to me without chicken patties!!

Nasty food. Fries were old, bacon cheeseburger burned and chicken sandwich disgusting. Plus we waited for our mobile order over 20 minutes. Never again.

I will never be coming back to this location they have no urgency! Had me pull to the front so they can continue to go slow the. Had the audacity to get my order wrong! If I didn’t have things to do I would bring it back and get a refund. This is unsat get it together Jack!

I had the worst experience at Jack in the Box on Carefree Way. There were about 10 cars in front of me when I pulled in, and it took forever to even get to the window. Once I finally got my food, not only was it cold, but they also got my order completely wrong. I asked for a simple modification, and they completely ignored it. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and the wait was ridiculously long for such poor service. If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother stopping here—definitely not worth it. Would give zero stars if I could.

Went through the drive thru today was waiting about 20 mins in line due to the car in front of me not knowing what was going on and couldn’t back up because of the cars in back of me. When I finally got to the window the last that helped me blamed it on the car in front of me. But I can see why there was an issue. She was very rude to me probably because of the issue she was dealing with but made it very unpleasant for me and I had nothing to do with it. Very unprofessional especially for a manger to act in such a way towards customers. There’s another Jack in the box down the road and I have no problem driving there as long as I get good service. I’ll never be back to this one while that lady is still working there. Here employees looked so unhappy.

Literally the worst experience I’ve be ever had at a fast food restaurant. The manager (wouldn’t give me her name) she has the worst customer service. Slammed the window on me didn’t even have my order right and wouldn’t come back to the window to help me. I literally waited at the window and she never returned to help me. I had to park and walk in and she just wanted to argue with me about my order and called me out my name. I will never rerun and encourage you to take your business elsewhere too. Jack do better about hiring your managers PLEASE!!!!

Horrible horrible service they tried to park me with nobody else behind me and when I received my food it was cold and basically thrown at me by the manager. I wasn’t asked if I wanted any sauce and she closed the window before I could even ask I waited for about 15-20 mins to get sauce and no one came back to the window. If you don’t like your job maybe find some other place to work at

In what screwed up layer of hell is a small fry at 280 calories the same price as a jumbo jack at 520 calories??

This jack in the box used to have great service and friendly employees. Over the last couple of years they've become horrible every time we go there, the service is rude, the order is wrong and we are unhappy. Today we wanted to try the donut holes and they came half frozen. Not just cold, but hard and frozen in the middle. Guess they can't be bothered to actually cook the food any more 🤦

I came here a little before midnight and there were only 5 cars in front of me. It literally took 30 minutes to get through the line. They must have like one employee working. Don’t stay open late if you can’t handle a few cars. Very frustrating.

Ordered a simple combo meal, the kid at the window was either overwhelmed or just didn’t care. He hands over my food and was about to shut the window before realizing he gave me my food before I paid takes my card and hands back to me before I could even say he forgot my drink he slam the window and I had waited until he finally came back to the window he was expecting the next customer and had given me their total, I said you forgot my drink, shuts window and comes back with drink. No sorry, no friendliness, no customer service. It’s not that hard to be nice
