Everyone this in this area. Of cave Creek and the 101. The jack next to Taco Bell..... YOU TO STOP WHAT YOUR DOING and go ther from hrs. 10pm and 6am. They have the most amazing beautiful drive thru girl working there. Wow but just wait for the best part ever....... Her outstanding smile....,......will leave you speechless. Just remember to order 4 tacos.

I called and asked if they accept foodstamps. When I got there I tried to pay with EBT but it
didnt go through. I then tried to call a manager but was met with two rude employees who where rather looking for an argument than solve the situation. Worst service ever. But not all young folks are like this.

Worst service ever. There is a couple good workers there it is more the management. I made a online order as I always do. I sent my wife in to use the restroom and they wouldn't let her use it. She told them she had an online order and it was in my name. I just left my food which I already paid for. And she is pregnant

Make you park to wait forever for your food and then when you get your food it’s cold.I wouldn’t recommend eating here If you don’t want an upset stomach.

Bad service!! I went in there to tell them they put raw onions instead of the grilled instead she started arguing that it was grilled I’m like what?!anyways bad attitude from the manager even though the front employees were friendly

The meat is just very low quality, and for the price it should be just the opposite. The sandwiches have gotten to be extremely small and the price is ridiculous. I can buy an entire pound of grass-fed ground beef for a few bucks less than what I pay for this teeny tiny sandwich. There never was any value in fast food, but now it's 100 times worse than ever. It's not just Jack in the box, it's all of the mainstream ones, that just happens to be where I've gone lately. Even the ones with better food, like five guys or In-N-Out, the same thing has happened, the patties and sandwiches have gotten a lot smaller what are the price has inflated. It's much better just to skip it and get some food at the grocery store and cook it at home. A nice hot huge hamburger at home for a fourth of the cost or less

As someone who has held several upper management positions in the service industry I was impressed with KRISTA quick resolution of a small mishap one of the days I visited this location. If shes not a manager, she should be. If she is the manager, she needs a raise. I don't experience issues at this location often but the one day I did I went back and she took care of it right away and was super friendly. Even seemed as though she was expecting and waiting on me to come back. Thank you again. She's great!

Sat in the Drive-Thru for about 60 seconds with never being greeted, ended up having to ask if they're open at which point he told me just a second. He gives me one drink not even seeing that I need two drinks with my order, filled up one of them about three quarters of the way. Wearing a backwards thug hat and then I got parked outside for 5 minutes. I don't know what's happened to these places when I used to work at 1:00 as a kid my manager told me to greet each customer within 10 seconds. Not to mention the worker was talking in mumbles
