Bad service!! I went in there to tell them they put raw onions instead of the grilled instead she started arguing that it was grilled I’m like what?!anyways bad attitude from the manager even though the front employees were friendly

The meat is just very low quality, and for the price it should be just the opposite. The sandwiches have gotten to be extremely small and the price is ridiculous. I can buy an entire pound of grass-fed ground beef for a few bucks less than what I pay for this teeny tiny sandwich. There never was any value in fast food, but now it's 100 times worse than ever. It's not just Jack in the box, it's all of the mainstream ones, that just happens to be where I've gone lately. Even the ones with better food, like five guys or In-N-Out, the same thing has happened, the patties and sandwiches have gotten a lot smaller what are the price has inflated. It's much better just to skip it and get some food at the grocery store and cook it at home. A nice hot huge hamburger at home for a fourth of the cost or less

As someone who has held several upper management positions in the service industry I was impressed with KRISTA quick resolution of a small mishap one of the days I visited this location. If shes not a manager, she should be. If she is the manager, she needs a raise. I don't experience issues at this location often but the one day I did I went back and she took care of it right away and was super friendly. Even seemed as though she was expecting and waiting on me to come back. Thank you again. She's great!

Sat in the Drive-Thru for about 60 seconds with never being greeted, ended up having to ask if they're open at which point he told me just a second. He gives me one drink not even seeing that I need two drinks with my order, filled up one of them about three quarters of the way. Wearing a backwards thug hat and then I got parked outside for 5 minutes. I don't know what's happened to these places when I used to work at 1:00 as a kid my manager told me to greet each customer within 10 seconds. Not to mention the worker was talking in mumbles

I got a large oreo shake and it is the worst shake I've ever had! I tried calling and the number just has a busy tone. The ice cream tase like they blended ice and whipped cream together (leaves oily texture as well after each sip) and want to vomit now.

Loved this place but the younger gentleman thought it was funny as an employee and had asked us like no joke whatsoever the order to be ready back to us and he kept on purpose dilerbably messed up our simple order that we wanted to order for ourselves. Either way he was non professional.
The new Churro creamachino has some good cinnamon flavor and hits the spot on a hot day. Also enjoyed the 2 for $5 wraps, which had a chicken tender, lettuce and cheese inside. Grilled cheese is terrible
For every 5 visits 3 of the visits get the order slightly wrong. And if you confront them they argue that they did include the "missing item". Takes time but they eventually realize their mistake and correct it, but they do need to improve, teens these days don't take responsibility for their actions. What are you going to do.

The new Churro creamachino has some good cinnamon flavor and hits the spot on a hot day. Also enjoyed the 2 for $5 wraps, which had a chicken tender, lettuce and cheese inside.

I ordered food here on April 8th and my order was received incorrectly multiple times. I ordered the spicy sauce and loaded popcorn chicken combo, large. When I first got my order I got a half order of the popcorn chicken and nothing else. I let them know before leaving the drive-thru and they said they would fix it. They handed me another bag of another half order of popcorn chicken but still didn't give me my fries or drink. I went back inside to get my fries and drink then I went home. Once I was home I discovered that the popcorn chicken wasn't spicy and I got the plain ones for both sets. I filed a complaint on the Jack in The box website cuz they generally just didn't seem like they cared at the restaurant but all I ever received were automated emails asking him if the rest ever reached out to me, which they never did. This location messed up a previous order of mine as well but they did fix it the first time then. I've been here twice and both times were not good experiences.
