Those Managers are even worse, every time I come there is always a problem, out of something, long wait on food, only thing they got good over there is customer service. Management problem. Been sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes at 10pm. Now it’s a different day and I place an order in the app, show up, and tell me to park next to spot 2. I’m now sitting here for 15 mins while a new order in spot 1 got food before me. How long does it take to make two sandwhiches and a soda!? The guy who took my order comes out and drops off food for the two new orders and I ask him where is mine? Uh, I dunno. My bad. How about an apology? I said this was ridiculous and he says “Want to take this outside?” Threatening customers. Nice job.

Never been to this location before, I had some good experiences with the company before, but I think this tops it. The kid taking my order has an amazing attitude and the atmosphere in the back is incredible. I ordered a Cluck sandwich and fries, they came out in 5-10 min. The quality of the food was the best I’ve had in a long time. The chicken was crispy and crunchy, in a good way. the fries were hot and fresh. Now I don’t live in the area but if I did I would eat here often.

Went there late last night (around 11pm) only to find that the lobby was closed before midnight (the posted closing time). When I asked the drive thru lady about it, she couldn't give me a clear answer (just say you're short-staffed if that's what it is!).So I then go to order my food. I wanted my usual six tacos and Oreo shake. When I asked for the shake, she very rudely said "THERE'S NO SHAKES", so I ordered a lemonade instead.When I made it to the window, I had a coupon I was trying to tear out, so she just opened the window, stared at me blankly, slammed the door, and then she did it a second time. In between door slams, I could hear her talking very rudely to whom I assume was one of the people in line behind me.Overall, the food was about what I expected, but I'm never coming back at midnight. I can understand having a bad day and having to go to work on top of it, but this is just unacceptable. Your employees need to learn to leave their problems at the door when they start their workday. We don't deserve to be their emotional punching bags.

My husband went thru drive thru last night, 11/26 at @ 6:45 -7:00. He ordered 2 tacos and an dbl ultimate cheeseburger with mayo, tomato and ketchup only. They don't have dbl's anymore so he said, ok regular ultimate...brought it home. No receipt in bag.So my box says ultimate cheeseburger, but it's a double something...I took a bite and spit it out..ketchup mustard and a tiny bit of mayo, no tomato. I spit it out as I am highly allergic to mustard. My husband returned to Jack to exchange and got to the drive thru screen and said hey, you got my order wrong and he told me to come to the window. I told him this was wrong..it had mustard on it and no tomato he said show me your receipt, I told him you didn't give me one and was very nasty. I asked for the manager. Kid said no manager tonight but I might as well be and I'm not exchanging your order, that's what you ordered and you didn't look at the screen!! He was the most rude, obnoxious person I've ever dealt with. I have the sandwich and will take it back when I am out later today.THAT'S IT FOR US AND JACK IN THE BOX!MICHAEL AND MARY BATES
