waited in line behind 2 cars for over 30 minutes 😐 it’s 10:00 pm on a Saturday night?!? Do better. As someone who works in the food industry someone needs to hire better staff. This is ridiculous.

First, DON'T GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX on Happy Valley. Second, part of the order was sauced and loaded wedges. There's no sauce and very little cheese and bacon. Third, went through drive thru to get online order and the guy looked like he didn't know what he was doing. Forth, DON'T TRY TO CALL THEM WHEN THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER. Called at least 10 times in a row and nobody answers the phone. Fifth, I didn't even get a receipt with the order for proof of order. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS JACK IN THE BOX ON HAPPY VALLEY ROAD BETWEEN 19TH AVE AND 23RD AVE.

Food was fantastic and fresh! Service was "meh" and the actual restaurant was filthy. Like they were collecting fingerprints as if they were expecting to solve all the cold cases in the surrounding areas.

24 hour jack in the box and they don’t answer the speaker when we’re ordering late at nights. This is a frequent thing I just sit in my car and they wait till I drive off but I know it’s open or there drive thru would be closed off right?? Why are they also not answering there phone calls I’ve called multiple times! And I feel so bad I work at ihop next door and I watch these cars wait over 5 minutes waiting for someone to let us order. How will you make your money jack? And how do you guys get paid? We make a lot of money at ihop because I see these poor cars wait at the jack in the box just for no one to answer at the specker and they come to ihop and eat here instead

Worst ever Closed again at 520am Everyone should be fired

Came to the drive thru around 1:30am on Saturday July 20 and honestly was appalled. I had just gotten off a 14 hour work day. Normally I don’t eat fast food, but I didn’t have anything at home readily available to eat. This was the closest thing to home that was still open available for a quick bite to eat before heading to bed after my exhausting day. I ordered the advertised 2pc spicy chicken strip, the worker answered with a question that I couldn’t understand, so they re asked, and again, I couldn’t understand through the speaker, in which I replied “I’m sorry, I cannot understand you through the speaker”. The worker then said to me “I know I’m not speaking Chinese”… then proceeded to ask the question again. I said “okay” and drove off. Look, I know this is jack in the box, in the middle of the night…I was not expecting spectacular service, but I expect to be treated as a human. I too work in the food industry, so I understand having a rough night or being fed up, but this comment was just unnecessary on so many levels. Do better.
Just found out about the 3 tacos, fries, and a soda. Awesome deal, highly recommend!

Last night at around 11pm, whomever was working essentially gave up because she was the only person working. There was a long line at the drive-thru and she was basically telling everyone that she could no longer take any more orders. The line was stalled because the only orders she did take were the online ones.
I went down the street to another one in Deer Valley and it was also a similar case with only one person working except he took the orders anyway. I was in line for about 40 minutes at the Deer Valley location.
This might have been a one-time thing because of the Independence Day holiday the next morning and there is very little choices of "fast" food past 11pm in the area.
