This was a pretty disappointing experience. As soon as we walked into the dining area, we were hit with a strong sewer smell it was so bad that we had to leave and use the drive-thru instead. The woman who took our order was very dry and not particularly friendly, which didn’t help the situation. The food itself was completely average nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. Unfortunately, with all things considered, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Every time I'm missing an item! It's the closest Jack to me and I normally drive further for better service but I decided to give this location another chance... unfortunately, they failed me yet again. Jack, you're doing great, but this location needs serious help.

No one was at the counter to take my order. I had to ask someone who was working the drive-through, I'm assuming. I waited about 5 minutes before asking. There was another customer waiting in the lobby to get their order taken. After my order was taken, I waited over 10 minutes to get my order. I get that things can get busy, but the customer is waiting without knowing what's going on. Ha, a little heads up would be good. Even an apology for you seating waiting for your food to come out. It's not good for service when customers in your lobby comment on delayed service and wondering what's going on.

The food was good and the service was slow but I think the person was working by himself so I would have to say he did an excellent job. Everything was in the order, and it was hot. We drove thru, so there was no comment on the atmosphere.

They are always closed. Cones up in the drive thru. Lobby is closed. I was doing uber eats and the lady answered the door saying it’s not open when hours posted by the door say otherwise. They make it seem like it’s closed by they are hiding In the back room. It’s 10pm lol ! This is her looking out because she seen 3 others cars turning around because of the cones in the drive thru .
I don’t know how this place stays in business. Every time I go through the drive through the I’m told the computer’s down or no one responds (this has happened 4 or 5 times). We have a joke in our family that the owner and manager must not need the money. 🤷♀️
