A plain hamburger means plain! No mustard, no ketchup! It's not that hard. Especially when its specified no ketchup or anything on it.No matter what I order this location gets it wrong every other time!

Usually pretty good food and friendly staff here but the language barrier is excruciating. Sometimes I'm having to repeat what I want like 5 times. And constantly if I order 1 jack wrap it somehow gets mistaken for 2.

One of the only places open after 12AM, which helps after a concert on a Wednesday night. Quick service, and the food was good.

Went here the other day and the line was outrageous.. Several times people got out of their cars to check and see what was going on. I was probably in line for a good forty five minutes before I got my food. The order was incorrect when I finally did get it. Who wants to go back through the drive through when it takes that long? Unreal.
Really getting tired of the employees pushing people to use the kiosx to order.

Wow! Very disappointing!! We got the wrong order at drive through and when I returned inside got very uncomfortable conversation with the manager Anna (store #1147). Instead of taking care of the order and make me the food I ordered, she was yelling and arguing with me the entire time saying that she didn't hear well. That is not my problem, mistake happens, she could just say Sorry and make another one, but she didn't respect customer, didn't care to make a happy customer. I will never buy here again. No wonder why there is never customers there like in McDonalds across the street.

The food was freshly made and made it to my house, that was 20 min away on a bicycle, still hot. The nightshift crew deserves a rise thank you guys

Poor customer service. The girl at the counter is on a phone call while taking my order this morning. Apparently not bright when I asked if she wanted to finish the personal call before helping me and she said no, shes ok. That was my hint to put the phone down and get to work!

They forgot half the order. When we went in to go and get it, the whole place smelled of weed. Everything we got was undercooked. This location is getting worse every time we go. This will be our last visit.
