Never have I waited in a drive thru for so long in my life. I would have left but there were cars behind me. When I finally ordered the lady said she had no change..no coins at all. Ummm what?? Once I got to the window I literally waited 6 more minutes before they even opened the window for payment. I rarely write bad reviews so for me to do so says something. Whoever is running this place needs to do better.

I’ve started to go to go to Jack in the Box after a long time and only really could find the time during the graveyard shifts. I’ve gone a few times while Deandre has been on shift in the drive thru and he’s been the nicest person I’ve met through the fast food industry and just wanted to give huge thank you to him.

Went inside to place my order 3 employees talking at the front counter no one else waiting to order and the cashier pointed at a screen and said here told him I did bring my glasses and her pointed again and said here won't be back any time soon if that's how they treat the customer. Stand there and talk to other employees is more important then customer service 10/21/1025 at 1.15 pm

Bad customer service guy was rude as hell I called and told them they didn’t give me my drink or my fries for the meal I ordered he argued with me and said he did I went to ask for sauce he then shut the drive thru window I will never return to this place again the employees are rude and don’t listen to the customers didn’t get no taco sauce for my tacos either

A plain hamburger means plain! No mustard, no ketchup! It's not that hard. Especially when its specified no ketchup or anything on it.No matter what I order this location gets it wrong every other time!

Usually pretty good food and friendly staff here but the language barrier is excruciating. Sometimes I'm having to repeat what I want like 5 times. And constantly if I order 1 jack wrap it somehow gets mistaken for 2.
