!NOV 17 @ 9:20PM! 25+ minutes on a pick up order with a restaurant empty and drive thru lane extremely slow. NOT COOL.

Get the little man away from the window. He doesn’t greet or say anything he just hands the food & looks like it’s a bother. Customer service is not his forte. He needs to be in the back cleaning the bathrooms

I submitted an online order through the app. When I arrived at the location on 40th st and Bell Rd, there was several cars in the drive thru. So I decided to go inside as it was empty. When I walked in there was only one other person trying to order at the register. It took him a while to submit his order as no one was trying to help him. After he ordered I walked up to get my order. But the employee walked away without greeting me or telling me I’ll be right back. I waited for several minutes and saw three employees walk around completely ignoring me. When I finally asked a lady for assistance she rudely put up her finger and walked away. After that I just walked out without my order. I will never come back to this location!

The last time we went to this location was in 2019. And to be fair it was one of the best Jack in the boxes in the valley, that's not the case anymore me and my wife went over there to celebrate our anniversary and we got two bacon ultimate cheeseburger one large curly fries and an Oreo shake the only thing they did correctly was the Oreo shake they tried to give us a small curly fries and I had to correct them and one of the ultimate cheeseburgers looked like somebody just threw it in the box and gave it to us. Unfortunately because of this we are definitely not going back to that location also with that being said everyone check to make sure that they don't mess up your orders because for all that for 31.67 is way too steep. If anything the staff needs training

My experience at this Jack In The Box was terrible. I go in, order my food, they make a mistake on my order and never gave me my receipt. After clarifying that they gave me the wrong size shake, the employee did not care to give me the right size and was very rude back talking me. Then when I get home I checked to make sure everything was in there and they forget my curly fries.
