Pathetic Morning Staff: I ordered the 3-taco meal. So you'd think in my bag, I'd have 3 tacos and a pack of fries. This staff can't count as I got one taco. I always do perfectly fine with Jack in the Box the food is consistently very good. Sometimes the wait is a bit long at night, but as long as you know that in advance, I have never found it to be a problem. The other thing I like is the employees are always very customer service oriented.
It's what you would expect from a fast food place but it was cleaner. They messed up our order, but it's all good.

Worst! Literally nothing was per the order. Asked to not put chicken in. Sure thing they added chicken. Paid $4.69 for Jalapeno poppers. Nope. Didn't get it. Had onion rings and curly fries on the side. Got tacos and curly fries instead. All of this after 20 minutes of sitting in the drive thru.
I don't understand why jack in the box is the only 24hr restaurant that has employees inside with the doors locked and the drive through closed at 10:30 pm literally just standing around folding paper napkins doing nothing.
