Nov. 7 11pm myself and four other cars were made to wait 30 minutes before they finally decided to start taking orders. Of course they weren't making milkshakes because the machine was being cleaned , I'm not really sure who it is that trains these people , they were rude , they use foul language as part of the conversation and they were not accommodating whatsoever . I would most certainly encourage anybody who even thought about going to this Jack in the box to steer very clear of it , it is obvious that the workers don't care about the place nor the management if they let these guys work here . What a black eye on the face of Jack in the box as a whole .

Very rude manager when asked the differnce in Jumbo Jacks and Jumbo Jack special. Inpatient and rushed us to order. Impatient with an elderly gentleman that was hard of hearing. Not the customers fault that your short staffed lady. This was today 11-04/24

We got food delivery through door dash the last I would say 10 times was messed up but tonight finally everything was there and it was good don’t know if you have a new employee someone who actually cares but good job tonight

This is close to our office in Deer Valley... it's always been a great place to go.

Came here around 8:45pm on June 19th and ordered 5 Jr cheeseburgers with NO ketchup the girl purposely made sure there was ketchup in every single one of them. When I asked for a receipt she said they ran out of receipt paper. My grandmother is allergic to tomato and now had to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM after taking a bite if her burger that had ketchup. Pick better employees.
