The girl at the drive thru could use a lot of training on people skills, extremely rude, not helpful. If I were the manager, she would be gone! I sure hope she’s not the manager of that Jack in the Box! On top of it all, no receipt!

I got the right food...but seriously... who gives you ranch for egg rolls. lol Outside of asking me what I wanted there were barely two words spoken. Handed me my change. Handed me my food all wrapped in the bag. I know...be specific and check your food before you leave. But still...ranch and egg rolls? Perhaps I'm wrong. Perhaps sweet and sour is exclusively the province of the Breakfast Jack.

Fast but only Warm, texture and taste of stale food might be a little of old. Service person working the window seemed like they just didn't want to be there. Sad. Used the drive through had no time to turn back.

Understaffed at dinnertime, one guy working the kitchen, another running front & drive through. It seemed like all cars were being parked, (sacrificing service for metrics) making the lone cashier take each order out to the parking lot in the rain. Witnessed an order get dropped on the ground, and the customer scooped up the soggy bag and drove off before the employee was able to come out with the replacement order.The soda machine in the lobby was "broken" (likely to prevent the neighborhood tweekers from wandering in and filling up). Also, items were missing from combos, and refills had to go through the employee, making for an inefficient experience.The poor kid working the front was trying his best, but a 2-person staff on a Friday night just doesn't cut it. Management should have made sure they had coverage enough to run smoothly.

Their soda is so gross (drive through) their machine makes everything taste mixed and water downed at the same time. This is a consistent thing with this location. The rest of the food is ok.I’d take the effort to drive to the one on 27th if you have extra time.

I'm not one to complain especially about fast food places...but howwwwww in the world does it take 45 minutes to make a kids plain cheeseburger with a small curly fry and tiny tacos? The person working is CLEARLY high on something and barely could take my order. Then I pulled up to the window and she asked "how can I help you?" Then once giving me my receipt said "oh let me get that back, this one's yours" hands me my actual receipt then asks me to pull around to the first spot. After the first 15 minutes she comes out and asks me what I ordered. 4 other cars who ordered after me left before me. After waiting here for 35 minutes she comes back out and asks me AGAIN what I ordered and I have to give her the receipt because she's clearly not comprehending what I'm telling her. Finally comes out 10 minutes after with my kids food. Your job is not that hard. Unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would.

Food quality has gone way down as prices have climbed. I would be ok if quality stayed the same with a price increase but it's terrible.

Went to Jack in the box this morning. There was a little girl with curly hair. Working the cash register was Very rude did not greet customers as they come in and literally just set my food down didn't call out the order I proceeded and said the you and she looked at me rudely and walked away people like this bring down ur business and make customers not wanna go to ur establishment

Utilized the drive-thru on sunday around 4pm and received amazing help from a young man who went above and beyond for just 2 delicious breakfast Jack's and one of the New Boba tea drinks! Everything was so delicious and amazingly convenient to be able to get Boba from Jack! Once again,Jack hit it outta the park with that awesome young man and their food.Parking: Plenty of it.Wheelchair accessibility: It's there.

October 21st 2023 at 8:30pm. I drove though and the kid who was there alone was very rude and confrontational. He acted like he was hopped up on drugs. Terrible service. I will not return.
