Last two times I have come here, they don’t have their lobby open. Their service is never great, and their employees are rude, and barely even acknowledge you when you come in. The fact that they have their doors locked more often than they have them open, perhaps the owners should consider getting new managers tokeep this restaurant open to the public who want to come in and spend money. Very unfriendly, very poor service, not good!

My family and I came to Jack in the box, we sat in the drive threw line for a good 5 mins and the people in front of us had to have been sitting there longer before they could order, so we backed up to go inside. We walked in no one greeted us, they almost seemed pissed off to take our order, the employees just seemed very lazy and didn’t want to be there. The girl who took our order I believe her name was Zanaki didn’t seem in a good mood we ordered what we believe to be a kids meal, when we asked if the kids meal came with a drink no one wanted to answer the question. My husband sat up in the front for about 2 mins before anyone came back to the register and we were told that the kids meal can not be made into a combo so we had to spend another $3.46 for a small drink for our daughter on top of the $10.00 we already spent for her meal. I highly recommend not to go to this location as the store is not clean the service was poor and they charge you for things that the meal should already include.

Awesome service, I looked on my bag and thought I was missing my French toast sticks and they gave me more and as soon as I pulled out all the tacos there is was! I appreciate you guys so much and I am so sorry I was a ditz and didn’t look deep enough.

Went thru drive thru on 9/9 and the lady who took my order was fantastic and by far the best customer service I always receive from this awesome establishment BK lost out big time cuz they don't serve breakfast all day and the have crap customer service. JACK IN THE BOX should be training them the right way👍🤘
I waited too long so I didn't order. They acted incapable of handling the 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 customer in lobby, me. Some guy sitting in eating area with a laptop there smelling like a cigar and too much darn cologne in an Ashtray so stank I couldn't even sit and wait. Surprisingly clean. Small but functional when people don't share their body odors.

Mobile order two weeks ago was canceled because item was sold out. Manager stated he was refunding order. 2 weeks later, even after reaching out to corporate, they still have my $25.

The service was ok as usual, normal fast food service but the weird thing was that we had order some sandwiches and egg rolls and a two drinks one hi-c and a Red Bull drink they have and my wife drank it and told me it tasted like the after taste of an weed edible and I ate the egg rolls and after I did I tasked the same thing
