Service was good but I will never pay again more than $4 for large ice tea. Outrageous what they charge.

Amazing food, but was super cold inside and they wouldn’t let us lay through the drive-through so we had to go inside. The inside smelled really bad as well and the employees just shrugged it off when I told them about it.

Ordered 4 tacos and a breakfast jack with online order for pick up got there and they told me to park up front? Before I parked up from I let her know at the window to make sure the sauces the I got online when I ordered are on the bag… they were not as long with 0 napkins then when I drove through again to get my sauce they asked me to park up front AGAIN with nobody in front/behind me and I sat there watching them through the front of the building from my car stocking some cups while I just sat there for 5 min then drove through again and she just handed them to me at the windows with no words said made absolutely 0 sense to me.

This location is usually pretty good. The iced coffee is always on point and had 6 boneless plain wings which were crunchy and well cooked.

Very rude worker and took forever for the food to be ready had we to get out of the drive through line and wait I only order tacos ... The tacos didn't have meat just stacks of lettuce less than a half of inch of meat just shell and lettuces not worth the 20$ for 10 tacos felt so rip off was told they are 2.19 eat now instead of 2 for 99 I been to way better ones and gotten 2 for 1.20

Horrible service just went in for lunch stood around for almost 10 min while the cooks were cooking and someone with a headset was sweeping the dining room but nobody said hey welcome in give me a second and we will help I was just completely ignored ended up walking out not gonna give my money to disrespectful people who won't even look at me

We went through the drive thru at this location. We didn’t go into the restaurant. The drive thru staff were pleasant and courteous. This is a pretty small location, but their service was top-notch.

This has got to be the WORST Jack in the Box in the entire valley. They have no idea what day means I'm a fast food restaurant, customer service is not even in their vocabulary cause they are rude as hell, and if you tell them how bad they suck they will just tell you that they hope you never come back. But, if you want food that takes 20 minutes for a handful of simple sandwiches that are made as if a 4 year old put them together then this is the place for you, just don't expect to get everything that you ordered. I mean come on be realistic how could you possibly ask them to do their job even to a basic standard?
