Very rude worker and took forever for the food to be ready had we to get out of the drive through line and wait I only order tacos ... The tacos didn't have meat just stacks of lettuce less than a half of inch of meat just shell and lettuces not worth the 20$ for 10 tacos felt so rip off was told they are 2.19 eat now instead of 2 for 99 I been to way better ones and gotten 2 for 1.20

Horrible service just went in for lunch stood around for almost 10 min while the cooks were cooking and someone with a headset was sweeping the dining room but nobody said hey welcome in give me a second and we will help I was just completely ignored ended up walking out not gonna give my money to disrespectful people who won't even look at me

We went through the drive thru at this location. We didn’t go into the restaurant. The drive thru staff were pleasant and courteous. This is a pretty small location, but their service was top-notch.

This has got to be the WORST Jack in the Box in the entire valley. They have no idea what day means I'm a fast food restaurant, customer service is not even in their vocabulary cause they are rude as hell, and if you tell them how bad they suck they will just tell you that they hope you never come back. But, if you want food that takes 20 minutes for a handful of simple sandwiches that are made as if a 4 year old put them together then this is the place for you, just don't expect to get everything that you ordered. I mean come on be realistic how could you possibly ask them to do their job even to a basic standard?

Finally left after being ignored in drive thru for 10 min and another 5 at the window. Girl just standing waiting for order for car to the front of store
Last two times I have come here, they don’t have their lobby open. Their service is never great, and their employees are rude, and barely even acknowledge you when you come in. The fact that they have their doors locked more often than they have them open, perhaps the owners should consider getting new managers tokeep this restaurant open to the public who want to come in and spend money. Very unfriendly, very poor service, not good!

My family and I came to Jack in the box, we sat in the drive threw line for a good 5 mins and the people in front of us had to have been sitting there longer before they could order, so we backed up to go inside. We walked in no one greeted us, they almost seemed pissed off to take our order, the employees just seemed very lazy and didn’t want to be there. The girl who took our order I believe her name was Zanaki didn’t seem in a good mood we ordered what we believe to be a kids meal, when we asked if the kids meal came with a drink no one wanted to answer the question. My husband sat up in the front for about 2 mins before anyone came back to the register and we were told that the kids meal can not be made into a combo so we had to spend another $3.46 for a small drink for our daughter on top of the $10.00 we already spent for her meal. I highly recommend not to go to this location as the store is not clean the service was poor and they charge you for things that the meal should already include.

Awesome service, I looked on my bag and thought I was missing my French toast sticks and they gave me more and as soon as I pulled out all the tacos there is was! I appreciate you guys so much and I am so sorry I was a ditz and didn’t look deep enough.
