I was having my car serviced nearby and figured I would stop at this location for lunch while I waited. It took some time to receive my order and when I did a majority of it was cold for some reason. When I asked about replacing the fries at least I was met with attitude. It did not seem as if the employees wanted to assist me so I ended up discarding half of it. I do not recommend this store as the food was substandard and the device was lacking even more so.

Both the guy and girl working are horrible. Time 5:58 Am Dec 7th ordered only 2 sandwiches and 2 tacos and curly fries. Nothing was right about this order i asked gif no sauce on tacos as my girlfriend first line spicy sure enough sauce on tacos asked for chees on my spicy no cheese and ICE COLD CURLY FRIES. Had me wait 10 minutes with no one else there and could see them talking and laughing the whole time both of them need to be corrected. On top of that no receipt definitely coming in when the manager is present!

There are many jack in the boxes don't choose here. If I could I would put a 0. Phones are off, or straightly cutt off when calling. Stealing money from customers. I got 2 tacos, a medium fry, and a large drink. Handed over a $20, and he told me to wait in front. 20 mins later nothing, I go back around to re order something else, nobody said anything on the speaker, waited 10 minutes. Pulled to window and he gives a drink, I ask where my cgange is, he said there is no change. I asked for the receipt, he said what did u order. I said I want my receipt, he pulls a crinkled, dirty, old recipe out. With a name Shelby as server I said so ur name is Shelby, he said no, so u give me a fake recipe. Buddy working at jack in the box stealing couple dollars. Goodbye, I want a refund, and I will not buy from this location anymore, and I hope you don't either. Horrible!

The Chicken Sandwich was disgusting. I remember the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good. Testing the craigslist were soggy and the flavor was disgusting and the tacos were nasty.

The night employees are great except for the night manager. She's extremely rude and they park nearly everyone to fake their times
If I could, I'd give it a 0 star rating. How is it possible they serve a burnt croissant? I didn't have time to return that breakfast, which by the way was very expensive, which wouldn't be bad if you could enjoy it, especially if you're really hungry. I've called 7 times and they never answer, so there's no way to complain. I don't recommend this place. I'm still upset just thinking about that burnt croissant!
