Should have heaved after choosing to eat here.2 BURGERS,W EVERYTHING,1 CURLY FRIES 18$ the counter woman was annoyed we wanted to verbally order.Fries hard and tastless,tomato tiny,couldn't find onions,awful! Apologized to Mom for coming here,still having abdominal pain.

Ultimate cheeseburger was dry, and Taryakii Chicken was dry. They forgot one order of tacos and did not have any extra taryakii sauce.

The restaurant is no longer open. I went by last night and it is fenced off and looked like the inside was being gutted. They may even be tearing it down, hard for me to say.

Shaking my head, I'm wondering who's doing all the hiring? I have had four incidences with this location, tonight was " We don't have that", so I picked something else, "We don't have that either we really don't have anything we're closing", okok I understand, stuff happens, didn't want to drive all the way to the bell location so I Door dashed
the SAME THING, come to find out she got my food from that same store same store they sent me away from bc they had no food. I spend double and waited a hour. I work same industry. Shame.

I ordered $65 worth of food and they didn't pack half of it in my order... The items they did have in the bag were all wrong! Every item was either won't or missing something or many things...
Then didn't answer the phone at all... and they're about to get to meet me tomorrow when I go get my damn money back!

Really annoying when I place a customized order and put in NO MEAT as the main request online so they can have time to prepare it and I still receive meat in everything I asked it to not be on!!

I ordered using the app for pick up. This location needs to know what customer service means. No greeting or acknowledgement when I entered. I saw an order had been sitting on the counter when I entered. Mind you my order was placed just seconds before entering the dining room. When the staff cleared their rush, I asked if the bag sitting on the counter was mine. The person working drive thru tossed the bag before asking if I wanted the order remade. (So glad I placed my order ahead of time). This location is notorious for their poor customer service.
My burger was less than desirable. Jack used to have good food but the clueless man holding up the front counter, and the man working drive thru were just there to collect a paycheck.

The person at the drive-thru told me not to waste their time. I was trying to pick up a doordash that was remade twice. Let me just say if I wasn't doordashing I won't come back.

Absolutely atrocious experience! How this establishment continues to operate is beyond me. There are so many complaints on here, and they reply with some robotic response that screams indifference. This place is an absolute farce, and the owners ought to hang their heads in shame. Giving a solid one star is being generous here!
