Normally, if I ask them to dry the tacos off they do a fine job, but this last time the tacos were so oily again they stained my shorts through the bag. I asked them to remake them (and yes, I was polite) and the manager had a conniption saying that that's just how tacos are and then said he would be refusing service to me. The manager was outrageously petty and for a menu item that has increased 100% to not be available without a cup of oil in each is absurd.

Went to get food late at night people inside went inside to asked when the inside closes worker said ten and gestured to leave while there were two lady’s sitting down talking and the signs don’t match up one says 12 other say 10

Simple order. Asked for sauce 3 times. Didn't get any sauce, not even the sweet and sour that comes with the egg rolls we ordered. I asked only for ketchup and bbq sauce.

Paid for a classic smash burger, received a patty, a single slice of cheese and pickles in a bun. False advertisement or poor order execution. I asked for a refund and they want me to drive back and return the burger. 🤡 curly fries was good.
