I love Jack in the box I've been eating it since I was a kid. This location is very bad. I went to the drive-thru picked up my food checked it before I left the parking lot and I was missing food. I went back to the drive-thru to get my food and the hand ready the wrong bag. So I politely explained what I was missing and how I ordered it. When I got home and opened the sandwich there is so much mayonnaise on it it's unedible. Somebody was having a bad day and they took it out on me. The only way to fix it is to go back to the location and trust that they make me a good sandwich. This is crap.

Does not matter what I order.They always make me drive around front to wait. always sit out front, waiting anywhere from 5 - 10 minutes for my food to come out and you would think it would be hot and it's never hot. and they never give me a receipt !!! maybe they don't want us to do the survey or write a review. this used to be my favorite Jack in the box to go to. Because they were fast and efficient, it is no longer. and eight out of ten times they get my order wrong.Or forget to put something in the bag. it is definitely not what it used to be!!!!
