Went here for a lunch break just to be told to wait for approximately 10 min. And when I ask why they just get mad and refuse service. This has to be the worst customer service ever. Wasted so much time here I didn't even get to eat a lunch.

They have renovated since my last visit and the overall food, service and atmosphere has turned 180° degrees, very impressive.Had 2 Tacos, Egg Rolls, and a Chicken Sandwich ordered via the Mobile App, but decided to eat onsite. Nice and clean with an all new interior. Good job JiB, Phoenix!!!
Idk what the lady was saying as the drive thru speaker but she was very pleasant and understood everything I said to her. Got two very fresh Jumbo Jacks fo' $5 using the app.

Night crew is not a "fast food" crew whatsoever. If you want speedy immediate Service, sacrifice another mile of your drive and just go to the one on 35th and northern for faster and better customer service.
If your in the heat that small water gonna cost you 3.50. Inhumane ?
