So bad they make everyone go and wait so there time won’t go up and forget we’re out there waiting I had to go inside for my food and ask after 30 minutes never again

Although I'm often puzzled and left wondering what they are really made of, I love Jack's tacos. I love them the most when they're on sale.

Why did yall give me an empty taco?
Definitely need more employees the staff is too low, me along with others waited almost 40 mins to 1 hr on the drive thru line.
Maggie has this place in tip top condition. Always clean and friendly.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The food taste burnt/funny. After bringing it to the employees attention...they basically said we were lying. Staff was very rude! The fountain soda dispenser only had two available beverages. On top of the fact they had a lot of flys. Who wants to eat around flys? Will NOT be returning to that Jack in the Box! Which is sad. (I usually take pictures, but was to aggravated.)

Unbelievable all these comments say it's unsanitary and it most likely Is when I went they gave me more lettuce than meat on the burger . One taco looked bit or a hole in the middle . A icecream shake had no flavor or cherry .At the bottom I found the stick like if I wouldn't notice . Lucky I don't go in there. Do not come here workers have a stupid face all the time . Do better this is disgusting and unprofessional. Horrible staff and management.
They are a little slow here.
