Worst experience I’ve ever had a jack in the box; they had nothing I asked for. When I pulled up I had to wait over 8minutes before I could even order. The girl at the window did not speak English but was still super rude. I recorded everything and a lady came to the window and said they can’t have me recording. At the window I was there another 8 to 10 minutes. My food was practically thrown at me. Mind you I was the only customer there. When I ordered at the drive thru box I was mocked like I’m an idiot. Although I was afraid to eat my spicy chicken sandwich I took two bites and it was awful. The crust was soggy. The food tasted awful. I rarely eat fast food and after this I won’t ever eat at jack in the box again. The girls were so rude I felt guilty for even ordering. I videotape the whole experience (I let them know I was). The girl at the window told me the window told me they couldn’t have me recording. I’m afraid to eat my food. I paid almost $16. I’m a white woman (not by choice I wasn’t able to choose the skin I’m in) I felt I was discriminated against. My soda didn’t taste like coke. My first job at 16 was jack in the box and I wouldn’t ever have treated anyone the way I was treated. I’ll post the video shortly as well as the food I can’t eat.

I had the home style chicken sandwich meal and as I was eating it…the middle of my sandwich was as hard as a rock. That chicken patty had been sitting out for an entire hour. It was horrible.

All I ordered was two shakes and they still managed to get it wrong. Syrup for the shakes was unmixed and sitting at the bottom of the cup, and the other shake was the wrong flavor entirely. Sad that this location is so bad despite being in a nice area.

Stopped by after an eye appointment.. It's 5:30 pm 10/3/24 and we are the only ones here. Not much of a greeting.. not courteous or friendly. No smile here. First thing I immediately noticed as I opened the door was how filthy the floor was. Something was also spilled and a yellow cone was place. Table also had liquid on top. Then I noticed the entire dining g area was a mess. Tables were so dirty and floors had napkins. Lids, crumbs everywhere. It looked as if it had not gotten cleaned or even looked at all Dat. Disgusting. I had to wonder about the food. I have never seen a dining g area this nasty. I found one decent table in the far corner where we can sit.

Went through drive thru and this Jack is sometimes open late at night and sometimes not open. My 1st time and they were finally open. Monster tacos were good!!. 51st and Southern Jack in the Box is closer to me However, THAT ONE REALLY SUCKS FOR SERVICE OR FOOD!! 51ST AND SOUTHERN Jack in the Box NEEDS TO CLOSE-WASTE OF EMPLOYEES AT THAT LOCATION!!
Ordered through the drive thru, getting home half my order was missing and what I did receive food was old, jalapeño poppers were as if they were sitting there for long time when I called the store I spoke to Kassandra who was extremely rude and poor customer service was provided, asked me to come back with my receipt which they did not provide when I paid for my food. 100% not recommended when Kassandra’s on shift.

Ordered at the drive thru today. Ordered 4 tacos jalapeño poppers and curly fries. I checked my order while driving away and found they didn’t include 2 tacos. I walked inside and there were 2 young men and a young lady staring at me laughing. I requested my tacos and received them. It almost felt like they intentionally shorted my order for entertainment. I won’t ever patron this Jack in the Box ever again. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING!!!

Im going to rate it kinda low because one night i went for food and it was already a but late but as i sat in the drivethru waiting to pay at the window i noticed that the person making my food wasn't wearing gloves and he was cooking and then cleaning off his sweat. I was grosses out and canceled my order..
