Okay, ya it's March 13, 2025 5:20 p.m. I came in to order 4 tacos. I bit into the taco, and it was not hot. I went in twice telling them, I don't think the taco was cooked all the way. I'm a 54 year old lady just getting off work and don't have time for games. The second time I requested either a refund, or a fish sandwich in exchange. The young man at the cash register kept saying things that did not apply to me. I recorded it all. I also would like to know WHY did the young lady change the temperature on the oil. If the temperature of the oil is being manipulated towards certain guess this could be criminal. Again, I have video of everything . I worked in fast food, and it would of been a perfect pleasure to ensure the tacos were fried, and would of been happy to insure customer satisfaction. I order tacos all the time and have never had this problem. And yes, I had to go through ALL of this just to get some type of meal for what I paid, and it's sickening. Never in the history of customer service in the US should anyone go through this, and I believe training in customer service is warranted at this location They ended up giving me a fish sandwich and YES, they decided to call their manager, just to do a simple exchange or refund.I ended up getting a fish sandwich and plead with the young lady to let my fish cook a little longer, (as I assume the oil is not hot enough) and they gave me a half cooked fish sandwich as punishment and it's devastating what I went through. I have everything on video, but I might need to get my daughter to post the video on this review cause I couldn't post it. Again I'm 54 and I never went through anything like this, and it made no sense. Please management reach out so I can show you the video.

This location may be the worst in the city. I went during lunch and couldn’t get served. Waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes before getting served. Several employees looked directly at me and just kept on ignoring me. Finally I got the attention on the person working drive thru (which she had seen me waiting previously). Only after that did she call someone from the back to take the order. The woman who came out the back had previously walked right past and stared directly at me. This place needs some proper management and people who actually want to work.

This location had the best staff. Now the staff is horrible. The girl that works the drive thru is always on her phone NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! They sit there and chat among each other knowing they have a drive thru and lobby full of people. I waited 10mins just for someone to take my order and then another 25min for some chicken fingers. These people act like you owe them something. Please bring back the old crew, or teach these new ones some CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It's 7am the people work there hides and leave you outside. Doors say 6am the man working inside says the doors open when some lady comes. It's Tuesday morning work and school hours. Pathetic customer service.
Working on a Saturday here in the heat wanted to have a decent lunch but couldn’t enjoy my food with all the flys on the windows and soda machine. Health department needs to stop by for a visit.

Dining hours says 6am. I waited from 630am to 7am to open. I knocked on the drive thru window and the employees hid in the back. I called the store manager phone number on the door, no answer. A homeless guy outside tells me who’s also waiting “It’s 7 am and jack in box is not open, but the dope man down the street is always open.” Classy. You need to do better.
