I'm diabetic. So I asked for a Orange Hi C. The young lady at the order window, I believe her name was Sheyla, was absolutely wonderful along with her co worker, I believe her name was Lupita. My order was perfect my drink was make wonderfully. Along with perfect customer service. Thank you Jack in the Box for hiring such a wonderful staff.

I got the spicy chicken wrap. I think it's limited time. It was really good but it was only a single chicken strip and there were pickles on the wrap....??I also ordered a large Oreo MINT milkshake. But....what I was given was a small OREO milkshake ?. I ordered the MINT one because the mint offsets the nasty taste of the Oreo.I was in a hurry because I had already had a long day so my fault I didn't notice until I returned home....?

Customer service is trash. The lady was extremely rude. I would say her name if she was eearing her badge. Food poorly made.Boba was nasty.(I love Boba and have had it at plenty of places)

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SPIT ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My husband and I were brought the wrong order. Easily confused being 1 number differences. The price was the same for both combo meals so it should have been an easy exchange right? Nope! They tried to charge us $5 more! And told us the menu board was wrong. The manager was very rude to us and took our food to the back office for a minute before handing us the correct order.
