Went thru here a few minutes ago and the guy behind the window was incredibly incompetent. Did not listen, added an Oreo shake, we had to tell him we didn't order that. We also ordered a large Cherry Coke zero. He again didn't listen he gave us a small not even Coke zero. It was full flavored. Plus the guy looked infectious and like he was cashiering and making the food. It looked like he was alone

The food is.. well jack in the box so no surprise that it's no where near gourmet and that is being nice. BUT why we find ourselves here is because the managers and staff are so friendly and as long as I have my receipt and food order (which is easy to bring back when it's not what you ordered and it's not on/from the dollar menu.) They always correct our order. It shows that if you have the right staff, you'll have return business. Come here for the manager and her staff. Leave optimistically satisfied about the food but fully satisfied that the staff will take care of you.

Great service and great people occasional crazy bum talking to themselves but other than that really friendly staff.
Requires a mask to even enter and place order. Order was required to be to go despite it being impossible to eat if I had a mask. Cashier handling food and money with same gloves but you're worried about me?
