I just ordered a couple items and one of the items I ordered was not in my bag and I can’t call because the phone doesn’t work or is disconnected or something. I need you guys to update that and figure out what’s going on. I’ll just keep the receipt and go in tomorrow well tomorrow’s Thanksgiving so the next day hopefully And get this taken care of thanks.

Poorly ran place . I came to pick up a DoorDash order and when I pulled up the speaker the lady said “give me a second my system is down I can’t take orders”. Mind you there was already a car at the window and she told them to back up that way the timer does not go off. I waited for about 5 minutes and 2 other cars lined up behind me. She then comes back on the speaker with the worst attitude. Screaming “did you not hear what I said “ I said “yes I did you said to wait but I actually have a DoorDash order if that makes it easier”. She said “well I dont have any DoorDashes and I’m not taking orders right now” … I don’t know what’s going on with her or the store but that’s not the way to talk to customers when I literally did nothing but wait. Don’t come here late at nights or early mornings.

They were going to charge me $19.?? For 5 peace chicken strips, so I asked to change it to the 3 peace chicken stripe and charged me $15.?? No I did not ask for a combo and if I did they did not give me a combo with my order

They try to keep their time “within limit” by having you back up so they can reset it. If they were fast enough, they wouldn’t have to do that. I ordered shakes, they are done within 5 minutes. I said I wasn’t going to back up as I had already turned my car off. They then proceeded to give me attitude. I’ve worked at Jack and know about getting the cars out in less than 10 minutes, they need to give better customer service!!

Great experience! Food delivered fast and gently as a fast food should! Workers were so kind to me, asked me about my day and my tattoo’s, which I don’t get often haha. Food tasted amazing! Definitely my favorite spot when it comes to fast food ❤️
