Ordered popcorn chicken and it tasted spoiled I spit it outside while in the drive thru the drive thru girl said"no need to spit" so swallow the spoiled chicken?!NO, I then went in to wait for my order and witnessed a male staff walk out the kitchen area and touch things in the lobby&return behind the counter WITHOUT changing gloves,I asked him TWICE to change them he didn't.I made it known to another staff that he didn't and asked that he again change them and he didn't! He then tried touching my food I declined the order advised them as to why and requested a refund. The staff were shocked and acted as if I exaggerated the need for changing gloves DUE TO FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES. I advised them the public health dept would agree with me. They should have learned this when getting their food handlers card!! DEEPLY CONCERNED THAT MAJORITY OF THE STAFF SEEMED AS IF THEY AGREED WITH THIS CONDUCT I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO HEALTH DEPT. OBVIOUSLY THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME RETRAINING AT THIS LOCATION. DONT BE SURPRISED IF YOU GET SICK??.

The food was great. Hot and fresh. The customer service was very nice. The gentleman who took my order was very patient and kind. The lobby was clean. There are many homeless people in the area so be watchful. Other than that, this is a nice place to grab a bite to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: They have designated seating areas that you can sit at in a wheelchair.

I placed a mobile order.I usually don’t get Jack like I used to due to fact I’ve had poor service there and not making food properly. It was Jacks 73rd anniversary, 59cent jumbo jack so I thought hey why not. I walked in all employees in the back talking, waited a minute to get helped skinny kid with braces walks up no greeting, I tell him I placed mobile order. He says “you can wait” doesn’t even look to see that my order is right behind him on the shelf.. horrible customer service. To top it off there was a white piece of lettuce on my sandwich the piece i always will throw away and not feed someone. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, this place needs to get it together that is all.

Found just ok in my opinion Jack in the box food has been getting worse over the past 3-4 years not just in taste,but quality as well .of course prices too but that's everywhere. Just think that if your going to charge so much your quality,taste,and presentation shouldn't be going down hill. That's a Corporate issue.The workers at this location worked well together, greeted customers accordingly,kept inside and outside clean, orders received in a timely manner as well.
