For the past few weeks, from the time of 8 pm to 6am they have been saying they are closed. Especially the jack in 2440. I know for a fact they open 24 hours. If they are refusing to really service people why work there? I’ve worked for jack in the box in the past, not once have I told customers going in, that “we are closed, sorry for the inconvenience “……… the employees need to be fired.
It’s Jack in the Box. You know what you’re getting into. Burgers, tacos, curly fries, and the occasional existential crisis halfway through a chicken sandwich. This particular location? It’s alright. Not terrible, not winning any awards either. Just kind of... there.
Sometimes the food’s actually solid, fresh-ish, and hits the spot. Other times you’re sitting in your car wondering why the hell you just paid for regret in a paper bag. Service has that same roulette wheel energy. I’ve never had a full-on disaster, but I’ve definitely had the “I hate this job and all of you” kind of vibe from behind the counter. Look, I get it, it’s fast food. But fake it for two minutes, hand me the tacos, and we’ll both go back to pretending everything’s fine.
Bottom line? If you’re nearby and need something fast that won’t totally ruin your day, this place works. Just don’t expect greatness and you won’t be disappointed.

Look, it's in a terrible area, that much is evident. But it is also one of the most consistenty decent Jack's around. No matter when I have eaten there the food has been hot, freshly made, and nearly all the orders were accurate. And the staff working the drive thru last night were patient and courteous. Two words that are seldom used in this area of town.
