I ordered to go, so no service and or atmosphere expressed in this review. Food very subpar, not really special. What is special is the menu that has no pricing. I ordered 2 bowls, one with steak, the other with chicken, I paid $68. Careful here, my bad for not asking the price when placing the order.

We came here on Friday for an office holiday dinner and had a wonderful experience, They were very accommodating to a large group (our server was Khalil) and the food was excellent (most of us ordered the steak). Will definitely be back for many return visits.

Waited 45 mins for drinks and an hour and a half for food that never arrived.

Booked a reservation on OpenTable - got there on time and was told we would need to wait 30 minutes despite booking the reservation. We were seeing a show at the arena so we couldn’t stick around - seems like a really stupid way to do business :)

Sat down at our reservation time and waited 20 minutes before water was brought to us. I had to ask the manager where our waiter/waitress was and she seemed very annoyed that I even asked. Did not get the manager’s name because her name tag was flipped so you couldn’t see it.

Great food, delicious drinks including coffees, mocktails and amazing atmosphere. Super fun and polite staff.
It is a safe and clean place in downtown Phoenix where it can get a little crazy when there are events.

We made reservations for Thanksgiving brunch and it was perfect. Traditional Thanksgiving meals with a bunch of other sides, apps and items. The price was right compared to other hotels and resorts. All the food was cooked perfectly and quite delicious.

Great atmosphere, food not good at all! We were so looking forward to a great meal. But left disappointed

Adorable patio area - recommend coming for happy hour. We ate inside this time, and it was a little dark; didn't notice any holiday decorations. We were a large group for the Thanksgiving buffet and thought the food was very good. Great quality and all of the traditional favorites. The dessert area was a little lacking, but we were so full at that point, it didn't really matter. The service was very attentive - we would come back.

My visit to Jacy and Dakota's during Restaurant Week was a definite success! We opted for the prix fixe menu, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious.
We kicked things off with the Rotating Happy Hour Cocktail, which was a fantastic Prickly Pear Margarita, perfectly balanced and a great start to the meal.
For the three-course menu, the appetizer, Pork Belly Bites, were a true highlight; rich, crispy, and flavorful. For the main courses, we tried both the Guajillo Chili Chicken and the Grilled Steak and Crab Chimichurri. Both were solid, inventive dishes that showcased the chef's flair. We finished the evening on a sweet note with the Churro Bites.
What really elevated the entire experience was the service. Our server, Khalil, provided truly excellent, attentive, and friendly service throughout the entire meal. He made the evening feel special!
Overall, this was a fantastic, high-value dining experience. A very strong four stars, and I'd certainly recommend them!

Needed a brunch option close to the airport, before our flight. Found this option and couldn't have been happier with the choice. They have a diverse list of coffee drinks and the three that we choose were delicious. We added vodka to two of them! My friend ordered the steak and eggs (plus a pancake). I had the chicken and waffles (loved the agave syrup). And my mom had some type of egg skillet or bowl (which was LOADED with meat, eggs and potatoes). No complaints to be heard around the whole table. Everything was fresh and tasty. The restaurant ambience was relaxing and inviting. The patio area was very nice, but we sat inside right by the open windows. They validate valet for two hours - which was great since the location is on the Westin Hotel downtown.

We had drinks only but what a cute tucked away spot in the heart of downtown. Our server Khalil was attentive and fun. Will definitely return.

We had a great experience at Jacy & Dakota's! The food was amazing and staff were friendly and attentive without being over bearing. Will definitely go back.

I'm not sure if we just went on an exceptionally off night or if they paid for their reviews. Probably wasn't the best choice for dinner - maybe it's more of a drinking/cocktail type of place. Great ambience on the patio. That's about the only positive it had going for it. Hats off to the decorator, they did an amazing job. Food was okayyy? It took almost 40 min for it to come out. We ordered the hummus app and it arrived with our meals. Their excuse was that the chefs kept burning the pita bread, which still came out burnt. For entrees, we got 2 salads, a burger and the “large” portion of salmon (larger portion was still very small for the price) Service was not great. They were nice but not attentive. The host had apologized for the wait but blamed it on the “rush” of orders (there were maybe 4 tables that were sat in a span of 10 min. Nothing that would strike us as ‘busy'). We did end up getting 20% off the bill which was much appreciated but overall we were left unsatisfied. At least the vibes were chill.
