Haven't had a Jamba since before covid ! Stop yesterday for a treat, it was terrible. Ordered a strawberry/banana smoothie. The only thing I could taste was apple or pear juice ( both of which I don't care for) I was so sad ! Probably be more years before I try again.

I waited outside jamba for 30 minutes from 8:00am until 8:30 and nobody ever opened. I wasn't the only one who that was disappointed. Online and on the door it says they open at 8:00am! This was on 10/29/23 .

Pretty disappointed in my açaí bowl I ordered today. The bowl was half filled and hardly any açaí! I paid 10$ for it and it's barely a couple bites! Come on y'all don't be stingy this is just SILLY

This is my first time trying one of these type of joints. I know some of you will be guilting me because the service was excellent. The man at the front counter helped me with the menu even though I forgot my glasses. There was no wait. It's your typical drink and a pretzel place, so what do you expect? I ordered the tomato twist and that thingmajig drink the man at the front desk recommended. The tomato twist was mainly some piece of bread with a very small amount of tomato seasoning amongst the twists. Not really a bunch of flavor to that, not like a pizza stick or anything. Not really soft either. The smoothie was pretty decent. I wasn't watching too intently but I'm not sure if that blue color is really that natural. It has some good flavor to it though. If anything, I'd probably just grab a smoothie here for a quick drink but go somewhere else when I'm hungry.

Tastes great and nice staff but over worked and understaffed. Felt bad for the guy but he stayed positive through it all even when the online orders kept popping up like crazy and a line inside. Five stars for the staff.
