The cashier is not very good at letting you know if they are out of something they tell you after you already pay and get your order and you as the customer tell them if something is missing. The same person also told me oh but I added more honey but I PAID for the extra honey so that is not an extra courtesy it’s basic what I ordered not very good place. The location I came to is on 7th ave and Osborn around 3pm so I don’t recommend coming at this time to this location they seemed to be out of almost anything on the menu as well as the main base for most of the menu.

Ever since I returned back to the office in January (2025) I have visited Jamba on 7thAve & Osborn a handful of times. Trinity has had the same upbeat attitude that is needed most mornings for us ALL. One day I ordered an item that has bananas and you guys were all out, she offered a substitute item and promised it would taste the same... AND IT DID! She knows her job and the menu well you can see the confidence she has moving around in the kitchen. She reminded me about rewards and suggested that I got the app for points and other offerings! Malia took my order with a smile very courteous and patient as I navigated on the app. Thank you ladies for your consistent A1 customer service!
