Service was ok, we were greeted when we came in. We ordered a purely orange with a ginger shot, but the orange machine was in the process of being cleaned, so that was a bummer. Also we were not allowed to pay with a $50 bill so we had to use a credit card.
My bf went And got me a smoothie and a dragon fruit bowl. they put a black banana on the bowl which was disgusting too me and when I went to take it back all this did Was give me half of a new banana. The girl had really bad attitude and did not want to give me a refund. I didn’t not want the bowl with nasty ROTTEN Banana. That girl had really bad customer service. Me and my family will not return. It’s a shame because we go to jumaba juice almost ever weekend.

Inconsiderate staff and bad customer service. The staff refuses to do their basic simple common sense job and open the store during normal business hours. I drove 15 min here and 15 min home and about $7 in costs getting here very disrespectful of me as a customer. Next time the employees complain asking for a raise show them this picture as the reason of why they clearly dont deserve min wage
