Ditto Austin, I came at about the same time and I can relate to your message “Walked in at 6:15 they don’t close till 7. Guy looked at me like I was going to ruin his night ordering a drink. Terrible service” Plus, they had almost no supplies. I left and did not order anything. Maybe, it’s a bad area at night because I went to Starbucks next door and it was closed.

T is closing has this place CLEAN. I’ve never seen a Jamba so damn clean. He’s super nice quick and especially clean.

Meh, went in mid PM on a Saturday’ maybe 330p. Love smoothies in the summer and was hoping to go regularly as live nearby. Walked in, one guy in the entire store working on a Saturday in the summer. He was overwhelmed, I bet , so nothing against him as he was nice. Waited an eternity for two smoothies , some people were even walking out. Also, employees should wear gloves when making smoothies as he went from cleaning items when we walked in to touching the register and touching cash to making smoothies which is major eww as I didn’t see hand washing. Spent a lot of money for a long wait ..

Live by this store and thought I’d get some smoothies. Not even a hello or hi as I walked in. Zero communication and dead silence as I walked up to the register. Basically talked to myself the whole time as ordered. I was told the total and pointed to where I scan my card. No thank you. Nothing. I felt bad at first thinking this person seems miserable. Then another employee made the smoothies.. set it on the counter and walked away. So it's a theme here. If you want to be treated like you're invisible.. go to this store. Both standing talking when I walked out and no goodbye. Definitely won’t be back. Customer service is necessary.
