Hate their new food oriented model. And the fact that they have no fresh orange juice anymore is wild. The keep losing business and wonder why. STICK TO FRESH JUICE.

My sandwich was made sloppy but I mean it tasted fresh and hot out the oven. But the atmosphere can be worked on to make better

Did a call ahead was told about ten minutes showed up. Two people were waiting. Stood for five minutes at the register and was not acknowledged. Then told to wait while my one smoothie is made. I am a patient person but bad service and running here on a lunch break and taking the time to order ahead should not have gone this way. Gavin needs some customer service training. Before it’s too late for more dissatisfied customers.

Over priced and lacked flavor.
This is a fine jamba when they have stock and staff. The last 2 times I went they didn't have protein (whey) and the next time it was a 10+ minute delay just to order because staff had to put away stock. They're also not going to have fresh juice anymore.

Why do you continue changing your close times? This is frustrating for your dedicated customers. Going back and forth from 8:00 pm to 7:00pm is horrible. 7:00pm to 8:00 pm seems to be busy time.

Can’t believe I haven’t left a review for my favorite place on Earth! Jamba Juice. Specifically the location in Tukee. A couple months back I was going through a rough patch in life and decided to become healthy and frequent the gym. My first experience in the Jamba Juice was stellar, I sat and talked with the team for about a half hour almost making me late for work. The entire team is dedicated to starting people‘s days off right no matter how early in the morning or whatever is going on in their personal lives, which I know quite a bit about because we talk all morning, they know just about everything about me! Not only is the company dedicated to help save the earth, but each individual person working at the location I frequent, lives by their mission statement and truly believes in the company. You can feel the camaraderie the moment you step in and it makes you never want to leave!🧃 Shoutout to Lina and all the weekday morning people! You all have helped me in more ways than just saving money with my rewards! Big hugs!

This location seems racist… the gentlemen at the counter was nice to everyone after me but gave me and my kids attitude… for no reason.. it’s 730am so I assumed at first it was a tough morning. But when other ppl came in after me his attitude completely changed. That’s an ugly way to treat customers who are paying to keep the business open. But it’s ugly all together. I hope they read the reviews and start treating everybody the same no matter what. Life is already hard for everybody, no one should have to endure that on top of it.. I love Jamba and have been a customer here for many years but disrespect when spending my money and I have done nothing wrong is something I won’t tolerate. Look more into the employees you hire.
