Great varieties but whoever that young girl was with the glasses on in the back making my order had a rude attitude must've had a bad day. Slammed my acai bowls down n walked away I asked for a bag and she came back and slammed the bag down and walked away. Very Rude.but can't let one mess it up for all so I'll still give 5 stars

My husband went in this morning to pick up a blue spirulina smoothie bowl for me. When he asked for an extra banana inside of the smoothie bowl, they proceeded to include a rotten banana that turned into sludge inside of the bowl and on top they layered an unripe banana that had no flavor and was extremely firm and starchy. The texture of the bowl was like goop, with a firm ‘crunchy’? banana on top if you can imagine that… and there was not enough toppings to balance it, it was like eating a bowl of snot. One of the worst smoothie bowls I’ve ever had in my life.. giving more than one star because when we called, they were kind and refunded the money and apologized.

I received excellent customer service today from one of the only employee working today at the shop. Even though they were clearly very busy with other customers’ orders while I walked in, they did not ignore me and got my order right away. I ordered a medium mango smoothie today, but the employee upgraded to a large no charge because they had extras from the previous order. Appreciate the great customer service, even though you’re the only one at the shop getting slammed with orders today! Goes a long way! I’ll be back.

Nice store, great products, but staff were laughing and cursing at god knows what the whole time - dont think they realize how loud they are either, it was really obnoxious and uncomfortable. By all means have a good time at work, but at least keep it professional when people are in your lobby.

The girls working on Friday night were great. I was that guy that came in when they were mopping the floor. I felt terrible about it ? they were sweet and made my juice without giving me grief. Thanks for making my dinner last minute.

HORRIBLE customer service. A friend placed and order online and Azel was terrible, he had an I don't care attitude. He looked at the computer and said that there was no order under my friends name and suggested it was at an other location. We had a confirmation number and or the location, I gave it to him ( I believe he wrote it down wrong) tried looking it up and nothing. Had an tone the entire time. Asked to see a screen shot, showed him that. With every question he asked had an attitude and tone. His customer service was terrible. I am a manager of a business and that type of action would not be permitted in my office. I would recommend looking for a much friendlier person and better skills.
