Mickey is by far the best worker at Jamba. She was so hospitable. Her energy is beautiful and wonderful and she deserves all the benefits and a freaking raise. Order several drinks for a company function. The order was placed the night before to give them plenty of time to prepare. Order was delivered and NOT one of the variety of smoothies was marked as to which one it was. When I called to ask for help to identifying the drinks I was told he was too BUSY to mark or label the drinks and to go on the website and match the colors. We will NEVER be ordering from this location for our company events again. How long does it take to abbreviate the name of the drink. When called was not offered to talk to a manager or any assistance. Feedback from colleagues...the two peanut butter smoothies had NO taste. Made wrong or lacked ingredients. This store lost a lot of customers today.

Great varieties but whoever that young girl was with the glasses on in the back making my order had a rude attitude must've had a bad day. Slammed my acai bowls down n walked away I asked for a bag and she came back and slammed the bag down and walked away. Very Rude.but can't let one mess it up for all so I'll still give 5 stars

My husband went in this morning to pick up a blue spirulina smoothie bowl for me. When he asked for an extra banana inside of the smoothie bowl, they proceeded to include a rotten banana that turned into sludge inside of the bowl and on top they layered an unripe banana that had no flavor and was extremely firm and starchy. The texture of the bowl was like goop, with a firm ‘crunchy’? banana on top if you can imagine that… and there was not enough toppings to balance it, it was like eating a bowl of snot. One of the worst smoothie bowls I’ve ever had in my life.. giving more than one star because when we called, they were kind and refunded the money and apologized.

I received excellent customer service today from one of the only employee working today at the shop. Even though they were clearly very busy with other customers’ orders while I walked in, they did not ignore me and got my order right away. I ordered a medium mango smoothie today, but the employee upgraded to a large no charge because they had extras from the previous order. Appreciate the great customer service, even though you’re the only one at the shop getting slammed with orders today! Goes a long way! I’ll be back.
