They cleaned the orange juice machine way tooooo early ! I asked if they have the oranges, she said yes but can not make it because the machine has already been cleaned . They close at 8 pm, I got there at 6.20 pm, they won’t make it !!!!

My sister lives in wilmington,north carolina and they don’t have jamba juice in her town.so everytime she come here to visit,she always excited knowing that she’ll be getting alot of jamba juice (fresh squeezed orange juice to be exact). BUT…unfortunately not everytime you guys has what she craving for. Then we have to go to another location to get it. Your location is the closest one to my house. And today was the worse experience EVER!! We were there just before 6pm and the cashier said that they can not make the fresh squeezed orange juice because they already clean the machine.. Come on now!! You guys closes at 8pm..and it was only 6pm…does it take 2 hours to clean the machine???? This is unacceptable!! Poor customer service. Its not like they don’t have the oranges…they have the oranges but refused to make one for customer just because they already clean the machine??? Please..pay attention to your employees. Very disappointing!! What a waste of trip!

I have been sick for the last few days and all I wanted was a smoothie with fresh squeezed orange juice. I sent my sister to this location to get exactly that and they made it with concentrated juice instead. Don’t waste your money here since they can’t seem to get it right. I even called the store to see if we could get this fixed and the girl on the phone just said “well I didn’t take the order so I can’t help you”

Well we went in for fresh wheat grass shots...no longer offer them. My husband ordered an older smoothie, neither gal knew how to make it. No pumpkin smash either. Ok onto our 4th choice. My peach pleasure I asked for TWO blueberries ( NOT 2 scoops) gal was going to charge me 79 cents!!! Cancel that please. Other gal was nice enough to add 2. Neither smoothie tasted like they did a few years back. Either different juice or they didn't know the recipes. Idk. Well we spent $17 for 2 smoothies, and not overly impressed. Not the Jamba Juice from years back!! We probably had our last visit there. I did like the crazy wallpaper though!!

Females workers always have a bad attitude when I come in. And every time I come in they always make up an excuse on why they can’t make me orange juice or carrot juice. Can anyone recommend me a place with fast quick orange juice! Since Jamba never has any smh.

So i came in 40 minutes to closing and i was the only customer in the building. The one girl was mopping and stopped to take my order. The other i assume the manager who was doing the paperwork at a table. The girl mopping took my order then started making it. She never washed her hands, i litterally watched her stop touching a dirty mop and then touch the register and start using her bare hands to prepare my food and drink. Never WASHED HER HANDS. then the manager went to help her who was writing on her book went straight back and also never washed her hands. I was on the phone with my boss while this was happening and trying to wrap up his conci I quickly got off to ask them if they were going to wash their hands before preparing food and they both gave me the dirtiest look. That is DISGUSTING
This place is expensive, I got a medium smoothie and it cost me about $9, And they want a tip

Incredibly rude service from both female staff towards closing.
I called my pregnant wife while walking in to confirm what she wanted since a smoothie was the only thing she could have since she was nauseous.
I asked one worker about a drink and she didn’t acknowledge me and asked the other worker to take my order. She did and obviously was annoyed by the way she aggressively placed the drink on the counter.
I showed up within the last 10 minutes of opening and they were probably upset about it but my wife is more important than their feelings of having to make a smoothie before closing. Unacceptable.

Customer service from employees was good today but the Caribbean Passion tastes like metal and canned pineapple juice very bitter and metallic tasting had them remake it and it tastes exactly the same but never had it taste like this before and the white Gummi was spur and lemony. Just FYI drinks are not being made like they used to and probably won't be coming back.
