I love Jamba and I've been a loyal customer for years at locations all around the country because of the excellent product and the friendly atmosphere. But I'm going to stop coming to this location due to the poor service I get every time I come in.
When I walked in to the store today to pick up my mobile order, there were no other customers the staff were helping (other than prepping more mobile orders) but nobody greeted me, nobody asked if they could help me or even asked what I was there for. No interaction. I made eye contact with one girl and smiled in an attempt to get some help to see if my order was ready and she looked at me and looked away.
I've now been sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge or help me so I can get my lemonade and go.
Since I've been sitting here, I've been watching other customers come and go, nobody greeted them when they walked in, nobody offered to take their orders or even point them to the self serve kiosk. Zero friendliness or helpfulness.
I finally walked back to the counter after 25 minutes of being ignored over a drink that would literally take 2 seconds to pour (a lemonade), and had to literally wave the girl over to me to so I could ask her if my drink was ready. She rolled her eyes, went and grabbed it and set it on the counter. No apology over the lack of service or anything.
I don't know if this location doesn't offer customer service training, doesn't pay well, or if it's understaffed for the number of mobile orders they get, or if there are manager issues or what but the customer service desperately needs improvement. I'll definitely find another Jamba location or a completely different juice company to spend my money with in the future.

ADA issues & Immediate rude experience. I walked a mile with my service dog on 1/3 at 11 am and as soon as I walked in I was immediately met with “uh uh you can’t have dogs in here” - even though there is no sign about not being allowed to have service dogs anywhere posted on the store. Store either needs signage or crew needs to be trained on ADA & service animals. Needless to say I wasn’t able to defend myself or order anything.

I loved the peanut butter and banana protein shake. My issue aside from the price was the attitude from the girl taking my order. I was no familiar with the menu and she basically ignored my questions as if she just wanted me to order and be done with me. Place was not busy, so there was no reason for her to act that way. Delicious shake, I really enjoyed it.

Almost 10 dollars for a drink. They always fill up to the top. Today, 8/30, not a full cup. Almost an inch from the top. I question it and some female gives me excuses talking about the ounces and wrong cup size and blah blah blah. No problem, I think is my last time here. Why must you cheat this customer by not filling up the cup I paid for? This Veteran is disappointed!

I went to pick up a mobile order for my sister this morning. The order was not made, her credit card had been charged and she had a confirmation number, the girl at the register refused to make the order or issue a refund, called my sister rude for asking for the refund, and there was a cockroach running around in the store. I would not recommend this location as you might not get what you paid for.

I am so disappointed with Jamba Juice! There’s nothing fresh about it. You get a smoothie and they scoop powder after powder. There’s no banana there’s no real peanut butter nothing.!!! SUCKS
Aliya and jefte were very nice sweet tj my kids and the store was extremely clean. Will come back

The service is very little. They give your juice halfway and are never fully filled, I pay the price and expect my moneys worth, not a half filled cup
They cleaned the orange juice machine way tooooo early ! I asked if they have the oranges, she said yes but can not make it because the machine has already been cleaned . They close at 8 pm, I got there at 6.20 pm, they won’t make it !!!!
