Almost 10 dollars for a drink. They always fill up to the top. Today, 8/30, not a full cup. Almost an inch from the top. I question it and some female gives me excuses talking about the ounces and wrong cup size and blah blah blah. No problem, I think is my last time here. Why must you cheat this customer by not filling up the cup I paid for? This Veteran is disappointed!

I went to pick up a mobile order for my sister this morning. The order was not made, her credit card had been charged and she had a confirmation number, the girl at the register refused to make the order or issue a refund, called my sister rude for asking for the refund, and there was a cockroach running around in the store. I would not recommend this location as you might not get what you paid for.

I am so disappointed with Jamba Juice! There’s nothing fresh about it. You get a smoothie and they scoop powder after powder. There’s no banana there’s no real peanut butter nothing.!!! SUCKS

The service is very little. They give your juice halfway and are never fully filled, I pay the price and expect my moneys worth, not a half filled cup

They cleaned the orange juice machine way tooooo early ! I asked if they have the oranges, she said yes but can not make it because the machine has already been cleaned . They close at 8 pm, I got there at 6.20 pm, they won’t make it !!!!
My sister lives in wilmington,north carolina and they don’t have jamba juice in her town.so everytime she come here to visit,she always excited knowing that she’ll be getting alot of jamba juice (fresh squeezed orange juice to be exact). BUT…unfortunately not everytime you guys has what she craving for. Then we have to go to another location to get it. Your location is the closest one to my house. And today was the worse experience EVER!! We were there just before 6pm and the cashier said that they can not make the fresh squeezed orange juice because they already clean the machine.. Come on now!! You guys closes at 8pm..and it was only 6pm…does it take 2 hours to clean the machine???? This is unacceptable!! Poor customer service. Its not like they don’t have the oranges…they have the oranges but refused to make one for customer just because they already clean the machine??? Please..pay attention to your employees. Very disappointing!! What a waste of trip!

I have been sick for the last few days and all I wanted was a smoothie with fresh squeezed orange juice. I sent my sister to this location to get exactly that and they made it with concentrated juice instead. Don’t waste your money here since they can’t seem to get it right. I even called the store to see if we could get this fixed and the girl on the phone just said “well I didn’t take the order so I can’t help you”
