My experience at this establishment today, Tuesday, May 13th at approximately 3:45 PM, was deeply concerning due to their dishonest and disrespectful behavior. Upon entering, I explicitly inquired about the availability of a functional power outlet to charge my phone, clearly stating my intention to purchase a drink while using it. Despite this, two female staff members knowingly directed me to a non-operational outlet behind a table. They proceeded to take my payment for the drink, fully aware that the very reason for my purchase – access to a working outlet – was nonexistent. Only after I discovered the outlet was faulty and brought it to their attention did they casually admit its malfunction. This blatant deception, intentionally misleading me and wasting my time and money, demonstrates a complete lack of respect for their customers. I strongly advise against patronizing this business, as their actions reveal a disregard for customer needs and ethical practices.

Awesome employees. Nice enough to let my dirty body use the bathroom. Helpful and were patient with my order. Cost is always going to be a little pricier than most places but you pay for the best tasting smoothie in the valley. Thanks for being great as always
