I had a very good review of this place, but one day I ordered from Uber eats and after waiting for 20 minutes they canceled my order, they had already told me at the time it would arrive, but they canceled it. Terrible service

After the gym I wanted to get a greens and ginger drink so I stopped by. When I walked in I was never greeted nor informed well just be a min. They ignored me for 5 min until they finally came to the register. I ordered my drink I still holler over a $2 tip and went about my day. Horrible service…team members do not look friendly. I would not recommend this establishment to others.

So, my friend and I decided to swing by Jamba Juice after our gym session to fuel up with some smoothies. We’ve been loyal fans of the place for a while, but today… well, let’s just say the smoothie gods were not smiling upon us.
As we stood there, scanning the menu for the umpteenth time (because who really remembers what’s on the menu after the gym?), the lady behind the counter was clearly having a “moment” with the cash drawer. And when I say “moment,” I mean a full-on verbal adventure that sounded like it belonged in an R-rated version of Pirates of the Caribbean. I haven’t heard words like that since my last encounter with a crew of sailors. I kept glancing at my friend, wondering if this was some sort of live-action swear-word performance art.
But we stuck it out—because, hey, we were committed to those smoothies—and after about 3-4 minutes of colorful language (which, I’ll admit, did provide some entertainment), the lovely Aubrey swooped in to take our order and save the day. The drawer situation was eventually sorted, and we were able to pay, get our drinks, and flee the scene, not unlike a couple of shipwrecked sailors who just dodged a cannonball.
In the end, the smoothies were good—classic Jamba Juice quality—but the customer service? Well, let’s just say it could use a little… polish. But hey, sometimes you get more than you bargain for when you pop in for a smoothie. And today, I guess I got a little extra flavor.

I visited Jamba Juice today, excited for my drink, but was extremely disappointed. The employee refused to make my drink, claiming she had just cleaned the machine – even though the store still had four hours before closing! It’s ridiculous to stop serving drinks so early in the day. If cleaning the machine means no more drinks, they should at least let customers know in advance. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience!

The service here is always top notch! Every time I come in I’m always greeted with a smile from Trinity! She has the best customer service and always willing to answer questions.
Absolutely amazing workers are always king and understanding amazing food and ingredients and amaze location!!! I want on a Wednesday at around 11 am and the workers were so nice I believe his name was Isiaas he was so patient with me when something wasn’t working with my credit card.Run don’t walk to this Jamba on central!!!

Not a big fan of Jumba juice but today I drove pass by and quite tired from a long day so decide to stop by for some fruit energy smoothie. Got myself mango-a-go-go and satisfy love it. A bit too icy but I can taste the real mango. It sure refresh my energy. The place is big, clean with big parking lot. It's quite busy but there was no waiting line as the staff were friendly, fast and quick. I just placed the order then got my drink in a minute. Only one thing that I give 4 stars review because the smoothie abit too icy. I had to drink right away. I just sit about 5 min to drink up and it started to watery but still tasted good tho. Definitely will stop by again :)
