The employee whom I won't call out by name told me that the blue in the Vanilla Blue Sky is only for color. That was because they were out of the blue spirulina. WRONG. It's not just blue dye food coloring. He was admittedly just getting off of his shift, but it leaves out a key health component to the drink. This isn't a "the consumer should be educated situation". Especially with as closely guarded as the components are. School up the team so they're not misleading people.....

Mold all over the pretzel. No manager is there, so it can't be refunded. All other pretzels frozen.

I made an online order for 2 smallsmoothies. for 12:48pm i went to the store and waited until 1:22pm for a total of 34 minutes i understand if you are busy ... but, that is pretty outrageous. what is the point for an online order?? and the fact that there was about 6 people who got their drinks before me who had ordered in store all right after me... and to mention whoever who was keeping an eye on the orders decided to hit "completed" on my order so i don't even know if they forgot about me or how i am supposed to get my money back. literally walked out of there with no drinks wasted my entire lunch break simply because i wanted to treat myself... absolutely ridiculous

If you do not have their app to order in advance, then I definitely recommend getting it. This is a solid location, but be patient given all the construction and staff shortages. They care about their customers, and they want to provide the best experiences. I tend to get the same smoothie every time that I go, but that is because it doesn't disappoint and has not done me wrong.

Love their smoothies but this location was very dirty. Lots of construction inside the Jamba Juice and then they had a massive spill right in front of the registers. There were two workers and nobody else was inside when I was inside ordering. Nobody bothered to clean up the spill but instead just had a sign of caution. Normally I wouldn't care as much, but considering I had to step in it a bit just to order, they really should clean that up ASAP. It's in a very inconvenient spot

My last visit here didn't go all that well, but Jamba Juice rectified the situation so I'm a happy camper! The Business Manager replied to my review here on Yelp, and gave me instructions on how to reach support. I followed the instructions and Sheldon reached out to me via email regarding the visit that following day. I responded to the email via phone call and let them know about the experience; I let them know that I didn't necessarily want a refund, I just wanted a new bowl, done correctly, and Sheldon did just that for me! I was able to get my Island Pitaya bowl, made by Sheldon himself, and I'm very happy with this experience! The bowl was done correctly! Not watery and soup-like, like the previous one, and delicious! Thank you Jamba Juice and Sheldon for taking this matter seriously and rectifying it in a timely manner! I appreciate it!

The service here has really gone downhill... I order online and walk in and it's never ready. Today I ordered online, walked in and the poor girl at the register had 4 people in line. I assumed she was alone then 3 people come out of the back room... don't waste your time ordering online... it's pointless they still won't have it ready when you get there
