OH YUMMY JAMBA! I came to the Norterra location for the first time today and Connor and Cameron made me the best smoothie. I work close by so I will definitely be coming back on my lunch breaks.

Couldn’t even order because the associate opening did not open on time. She looked at me standing outside the door when it’s past 7:30 and walked away ignoring me. I stood there for about 5 mins and she continued to look at me and do nothing. Very disappointing. If you are supposed to open at 7:30 you should and not ignore paying customers who are there well after you are supposed to be open. If you have an issue with opening you should say so and not continue to ignore the customer.

I stopped by for a matcha green tea blast. This morning. The person named Rem took and made my order was great. He asked if I wanted a boost, so I added some protein to my smoothie. The consistency of my smoothie was just right. Thank you for making my day. Shout out to Rem!

Its rare I encounter customer service so good that I feel compelled to leave a review. But Remi is absolutely flawless at his job. Been in a couple times and he is consistently positive, attentive, and really an example of what customer service SHOULD be (but sadly that service seems to be disappearing in this world). Please give him some kudos!

Absolutely amazing. The young man Ramil was the only employee at the time and it was swamped but he did an amazing job. He managed to make all the orders very fast and he was so nice and not stressed or panicking. The smoothies were perfect, not watery tasting like they sometimes have been in the past. He deserves a raise for sure.

Looking at the reviews, it is shameful that a mother was kicked out for feeding her child, was going to take my wife here, but who knows what kind of bias this establishment has towards women who breastfeed their children. Absolutely despicable, too many cowards walking among us. So much for woman’s rights…
