Flabbergasted at the experience I had within Jersey Mikes. The employee who not only greeted me but also made my sandwich, was delightfully nice. It was such an efficient and effective visit at Jersey mikes. Which is ideal coming into a fast food facility. Although we shared a couple laughs and giggles, I unfortunately don’t recall her name. If I remember correctly I believe she said it was jaylene. 10/10 customer service experience from her.

One of my fav places. Staff is friendly & fast

ETA: I gave them 5 stars over 5 years ago & I frequent the restaurant often, usually in the evenings; but recently hired employees (specifically the Monday afternoon shift) are rude.

Always love the service and atmosphere here. The food is great and there’s never a long wait. The employees are always so tentative as well. Would highly suggest this location. I’ve never had a problem with my meals or service.
