It was OK service could’ve been better. It took almost 20 minutes to get an order and I was the only one in the store.

Story time. I am a 27 y/o female & trying to pick a sandwich up for myself. I was at the Walgreens across the street at 8:30pm, was going to put a pick up order in, “store closed”. I know they close at 9 so I drove over. It was 8:35 by the time I was sitting in front of the store. There were 2 guys in there, one at the register and the other like 3-4 feet behind him? The guy in the back saw me and threw his arms up above his head, threw his head back, and TO ME, it gave the vibe of pissed off while slamming thing. The guy in front even looked back at him. I didn’t feel comfortable going in there so I ended up going to Cheba Hut where they were really nice when I went in to pick up my order.

This place is far from clean. They are all about cross contamination. I went in this has been the second time were I tell them I am allergic to pork and they are touching vegetables, bread and etc with dirty gloves. They always like to give attitude when they are told that I no longer can eat because they are touching everything with dirty gloves. I I will not be coming back.

Employees look miserable, they must hate their jobs stood in line a good 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence finally the kid acknowledges me and still with a dry attitude asks me what I want literally no emotion he must hate his job the kid with orange hair who was on the clock on 8/23 Saturday @5:22 your customer service SUCKS!!! Like i say you don't like your job then quit look for another job you would enjoy.

Do not very go here. There's always problems. Today I ordered a sub and a salad for delivery. They had no lettuce. So I just got vegetables when I called julia told me that I would have to take pictures to show them that I didn't have lettuce. Go somewhere else.

I usually like Jersey Mike’s. The food is solid. But the way my mom was treated at this location on 7/15/25 was unacceptable.

She went in to order a sandwich. Her English isn’t great, so I sent her a text with the order to show the staff. One key thing: she’s allergic to tomatoes. She told the worker no tomato.

As the sandwich was being made, the employee went to add tomato anyway. My mom stopped her and reminded her—no tomato. Instead of a simple “okay” or fixing the order calmly, the worker snapped, “What else do you want?” No reason for that kind of attitude.

I get that it might’ve been a busy time. But being busy doesn’t give you a pass to treat people rudely—especially someone doing their best to communicate clearly.

I don’t want anything from this review. I’m just upset because my mom genuinely liked Jersey Mike’s, and this was her first time stepping into the store. It sucks that her experience was rude and unwelcoming.

I walked in on 7/10 around 8:58-9:05pm after I made a mobile app order to pick up, I walked in and it wasn’t ready which isn’t a problem at all but when I told the lady my name she repeats it back to me and assuming I don’t speak Spanish told her other older female coworker “I got confused because he’s too white for that name”. Me shocked bc I’ve never experienced something like that before just stood there pretending I didn’t understand. They were helping an older Hispanic gentleman who asked them what they said and she repeats back “I said I’m deaf” knowing I was listening in on the conversation now. It’s completely unacceptable and I’m not one to say someone is racist but it definitely made me feel some type of way. people like that shouldn’t be working helping people of all ethnicities

Came in and the line was long and busy. Although under pressure the kid who made my sub was patient and yet kind. Followed my instructions on how I wanted my sub done and was kind. I believe his name was Iza or Isaiah. Thanks kid. The place was clean and smelled clean also

Finally a sub place where the teens have manners and welcome you. I was greeted kindly by Isaiah he made me a nice sub. I’m picky on how my subs are made and he did an excellent job. Thanks for not rushing.
