Jersey Mike's Subs

Every time I come in here the staff always has a nasty attitude like they don’t want to be here. If you hate your job then find a new one. I just stopped my order and walked out because of the attitudes at this location. Also they are always out of Rosemary Parm bread, which baffles me, it’s one of your most popular breads and you never have it here. Someone needs to be fired cause this location is the epitome of bad customer service. Such a shame too cause I love the subs and you’re close to my house.

I like Jersey Mike’s over most other chain sandwich shops. Everything was as expected. Needed more smiles from the staff, but I enjoyed my dine in experience.

In my opinion, this is the best sandwich shop out there. Always tasty subs at a reasonable price. The Big Kahuna is the best one in my opinon.

I got the sub in the tub the number 9 it was so good y'all and the staff was amazing they make sure you get everything you need and they was so sweet I appreciate good customer service thank y'all so much ❤️👑🤗🫶🏾

***DO NOT PLACE ANY ONLINE ORDERS WITH THIS LOCATION, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR DISPUTES THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL CANCEL THE CHARGE BUT THEN STILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT****Placed online order for 1315 pick up, waited over half hour watching the 2 behind the counter serve the customers walking in, we asked when our order would be ready after a half hour and the employee could not tell us when, WE CANCELED OUR ORDER. I would not recommend this place for online orders, but if your walking in you don't get ignored not even the homeless that frequent the place. We canceled the order will never go there again they do not know how to handle it when their busy. Also they cross contaminate all meats and cheese on the same slicer without changing blades. We watched them continuously do it.

Worst service ever can't even get the orders ready. Had to keep asking what orders customers had.Had 3 people working here and it looked like they were running around without a head. It only takes a couple of minutes per sandwich not 25 min for one sandwich when 3 people working. How is it that this location is the slowest jersey mikes I have ever been it's not that hard to make sandwiches.

I have only gotten attitude here one other time otherwise good sandwiches and very clean but today the place was dirty not stocked and the staf had other customers 3 including myself waiting as the employees were more focused on the online orders then there customers I walked out and will not be coming back here I would rather make the commute to 7th ave and Osborn location then deal with that

Soralla was the sweetest ever! She made sure that my sandwich was made perfectly! She also asked us about school which I thought was very sweet! She also keeps the restaurant very clean and keeps the line to a minimum! Definitely will be back soon!!

I never leave reviews, but I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had the pleasure of being assisted by an amazing employee who truly went above and beyond. Although I didn't catch her name, she had light skin and short blonde hair, and her customer service was exceptional.

When I walked in, she was sitting at her computer, is seemed as soon as we walked in the rush hit, she quickly got up to assist us.

Even though the place was busy, she maintained a friendly and helpful demeanor, making sure that my experience was smooth and enjoyable. Her attentiveness and positive attitude really stood out, and it made a significant difference during my visit. It's rare to encounter such great service, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Thank you for being so lovely and helpful!

I absolutely Love This Jersey Mike's Location. The Managers and Staff are really nice, friendly and fast service. I'm an Army Vet and appreciate the discounts for my family. I drive 20 miles just for their location ...

Vegetarian options: A Safe place to eat...

Parking: Always space. It's a large shared space.

The Service was sub par. No welcome in or hello from the staff( they were not busy) both of the girls acted like they didn't want to be there . The food was ok though for what I paid for it I should have more options to put on my sub. Overall I will not be coming back.
