I was so hyped to get my giant sandwich, then I was very disappointed on how the staff was so disgusting to see them handle the register try use the same gloves to finish my sandwich I walked out with such discuss and gross, stay away from this Jersey Mike’s going to a different one that’s not disgusting

Asked for a tuna sandwich and the employee said she would go check if they had it and then came back to say they didn't have it. Didn't offer me any food or to make me food just chuckled.

Jersey Mike's is always quality. Consistently one of the best chain sandwich shops in the valley.

tried to get food for my wife while we were doing our laundry and for some reason after we ordered none of the five hyper stoned reprobates behind the counter could figure out how to start or make a sandwich. waiting a little over 20 minutes and had to leave because my laundry was done and my food still wasnt started. take my advice and skip this altogether ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

Worst service. 15m late making a mobile order and the store was dead. Buyer beware.

Everyone on the staff was super stoned, they got our order completely wrong, one of the girls could barely talk because she was so high. Management needs to get on them about not being high at work.

This location is astounding! They are super attentive and ON THEIR GAME! Even the trainees! Greeted with smiles, asked about my day. All of it! I was helped today by Marissa, she was so incredibly kind and made a delicious sub! 🤤 I wish I caught the other two names of those that helped me. I love Jersey Mike's, and this location makes me want to keep coming back. Thanks for lunch you guys!

Every time I come in here the staff always has a nasty attitude like they don’t want to be here. If you hate your job then find a new one. I just stopped my order and walked out because of the attitudes at this location. Also they are always out of Rosemary Parm bread, which baffles me, it’s one of your most popular breads and you never have it here. Someone needs to be fired cause this location is the epitome of bad customer service. Such a shame too cause I love the subs and you’re close to my house.

I like Jersey Mike’s over most other chain sandwich shops. Everything was as expected. Needed more smiles from the staff, but I enjoyed my dine in experience.

In my opinion, this is the best sandwich shop out there. Always tasty subs at a reasonable price. The Big Kahuna is the best one in my opinon.

***DO NOT PLACE ANY ONLINE ORDERS WITH THIS LOCATION, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR DISPUTES THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL CANCEL THE CHARGE BUT THEN STILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT****Placed online order for 1315 pick up, waited over half hour watching the 2 behind the counter serve the customers walking in, we asked when our order would be ready after a half hour and the employee could not tell us when, WE CANCELED OUR ORDER. I would not recommend this place for online orders, but if your walking in you don't get ignored not even the homeless that frequent the place. We canceled the order will never go there again they do not know how to handle it when their busy. Also they cross contaminate all meats and cheese on the same slicer without changing blades. We watched them continuously do it.

Worst service ever can't even get the orders ready. Had to keep asking what orders customers had.Had 3 people working here and it looked like they were running around without a head. It only takes a couple of minutes per sandwich not 25 min for one sandwich when 3 people working. How is it that this location is the slowest jersey mikes I have ever been it's not that hard to make sandwiches.
