Jersey Mike's Subs

Horrible customer service. We waited for 10 minutes with no line at all or acknowledgement to us being there to get our order taken. When we finally ordered we were told it would be 30 minutes for a hot sub because they were backed up on orders that weren’t even there. We only got one sandwich and the manager there said either you wait the 30 minutes or you don’t get a sandwich. I’m sad because I love jersey mikes and they always have great customer service. Just not here. Won’t be coming back.

Outstanding experience! I ordered the California club sub Mikes way. It was delicious! That is my absolute favorite now. The staff were professional, courteous and super friendly! The facility was super clean and I loved the atmosphere. Will definitely visit again and I will recommend to family and friends.

If a Zero star review was possible to give we would my husband and i and another couple who was having dinner were basically kicked out by the girl with pixie hair the other gentleman and girl with longer hair had amazing customer service but that one girl was plain out rude the whole time and kept making little remarks under her breath and complaining as people kept coming in and out it clearly says closes at 10 not the one to complain but this was seriously outrageous 🙄.Like get a different job if you hate it that much!

Ayeeeee when I order 6 of these #17 giants and half the sandwich is cheese and half is meat like seriously guys what’s so hard about making a cheese steak no one wants half the sandwich meat and the other half cheese this is some BS I seriously expect this to be made right. I’d like for management to drop their email so we can further discuss this

I visited Jersey Mike’s recently, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:08..It is now 5:43 and I am still waiting for my food. The employee said they only had 2 people working and they were running behind. Customers kept coming in and getting in line, and they made me sit and wait 20 more minutes for my order. After they made everybody else's sub who walked in after me- the employee then tells me they did not have the bread I ordered.. Well maybe if my food would of been done on time, I probably could have got the bread I wanted, but instead they made everybody else's food before mine when my order was already paid for upon arrival.

Was greeted with a warm welcome and the food definitely hit the spot

The chain it's self is pretty good. Decent sandwich and a decent price. Arguably my favorite of the big chains. As far as the location goes it has always been good. I have not had any issues and the staff has always been friendly enough seem to be working hard.

Night shift at Jersey Mike’s is hands down the best! The team brings great energy, works fast, and keeps everything running smoothly even during the busiest rushes. Everyone is friendly, focused, and always willing to help each other out, which makes the shift go by quickly and keeps the vibe positive. Customers are taken care of efficiently, orders are made right, and the store stays clean and organized. You can really tell the crew takes pride in their work. Night shift truly sets the standard for teamwork and customer service at Jersey Mike’s!
