We Normally go to one closer to home but had business this way and stopped. We were greeted and our order taken promptly. Then we sat, at least 15 people ordered and were served and there We sat. Finally I asked the gal about our subs, she cut me off saying " all hot subs are now being made" said it twice. But we ordered 10+ minutes ago. Ok. So we sat a bit longer...more orders going out. I asked again the kid said " it's in the to-go/ pickup area" we were eating in. Gal argued with him because the tag didn't state to-go. There our " hot subs" sat getting cooler by the minute. Tasted ok, I should have had them remake them but we had an appointment. Not a great $25 lunch here. I guess the trick is order cold subs. Hot subs don't get made as you order...you wait.

Typical Jersey Mikes so the food is pretty consistent. This particular location is terrible with service. I place orders online and there is always an issue. They either get the order wrong, which is constantly or today, the order wasn’t even started and I arrived after the ready time. The place wasn’t even busy. The staff was standing around talking to one another.

Sandwhices are good but half the time I put in an order, I show up. They don't have it, and then question me rudely. Make me show a receipt which I dont do emailed receipts. And literally every time they go to the computer and it is clearly there so they make it, and I lose 30 minutes if my life for a pick up order. And the best part is how incredibly rude the employees are because they screwed up? Not coming here again.

Ordered a 12 pack box catering yesterday and very disappointed. The sandwiches were advertised as the medium size and all were wayyy smaller than their medium size AND the lettuce was pink/brown and slimy. This was for my birthday and was very sad because I spent $100 with tip for 12 gross, small sandwiches. Not to mention that was all I had to feed my friends at the lake and it was really embarassing feeding them sandwhiches that looked like that. I could have made better sandwhiches for less than $30. Very sad.

Everyone here is awesome! All the guys working today were super attentive and helpful and did a thorough job cleaning to help with an allergy!The store manager must be awesome too because even though she wasn't there all the employees were saying how great she is.
One of the line cooks 'Ricky' made my sandwich and did a awesome job. Really impressed with the quality of service!

I'm sad that I can only give this location a 5 star rating as I feel they deserve so much more. This location really makes you feel welcome. I'm in a wheelchair so they have actually opened the door for me as well as brought my food and drink items to my table. This location with it's hospitality and food quality has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab lunch.
Dietary restrictions: Restaurant offers gluten free subs and cookies
Parking: Parking lot is wide open to accommodate any vehicle as well as plenty of handicap parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking as well as two ramps. Restaurant open enough to accommodate the widest of wheelchairs.
