Ordered 4 subs to go. Got home to eat them and the bread was hard and uneatable. Called the next morning to speak to manager and no manager would be in until 3-4pm and he expected me to go back into store to discuss. Would not speak with me by phone. Poor customer service and terrible food. Highly recommend not to order from this Jersey Mike.

Went and ordered 7 subs and Macy and Aiden had our order out in record time. They were friendly and went above and beyond. Great location and very clean. Jersey Mike’s has the best subs with fresh ingredients. These employees went out of their way to make our large order speedy and delicious.

Came in on wednesday evening and had amazing customer service! As a Celiac, I appreciate the preventative measures that were taken. The employees took the time to wipe everything off and ensure everything was safe for me.
All clients that arrived after me also recieved amazing service.

Should be 0 stars. I thought Jersey Mikes was supposed to be "sub above". ..meaning better quality. Not this Jersey Mike's. Stale bread & all butt-end of tamptoes. ..Thanks Jersey Mike's, this shop SUCKS!!!!

A lady and I walked in to get a sub after working out. There was nobody at the counter helping people and three people behind the counter chatting. I asked if anybody's taking orders. A worker there by the name of Steven got very snippy with me when he was giving me attitude telling me that that's where he's working in his job. I ordered my sub which was a giant. Steve proceeded to put on eight slices of meat ( of both ham and turkey) so I refuse to buy the sub and I walked out. I'm not sure if this is how customers are treated here, but I didn't appreciate my experience.

This location has gone completely downhill. The staff are clueless, they have no idea how to make any of the sandwich’s on their menu. I’ve tried giving them a few chances and each time I’m highly disappointed. The food taste so bland and I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 3x about what I want on a sandwich. Don’t waste your money, don’t waste your time.

I went there to get food for my family. My wife and son eat here. I just got off work from this heat and wasn’t trying to waste time. My wife and son always do the GF option. They only had half(I was pretty disappointed) however Syd(young lady) asked if I would be willing to wait for the other bread and she would try to rush it. Needless to say I didn’t want to travel elsewhere and I decided to take that time until it was ready. Steve the manager tried to accommodate me for my troubles. I appreciate them coming up with a solution instead of just sending me on to go elsewhere!! ??
Decided to eat dinner at jersey mikes and Macy and Enrique assisted us. They both greeted us on walk in. We’re both very assertive and knowledgeable about the food. Quick service and double checking to make sure they were getting our order correct. Thank you guys so much for the great customer service experience. We will most definitely return.
