Again, I don't really go here for the service or atmosphere. Be honest I haven't tried most of their sandwiches as the one I always get is the big kahuna and it is phenomenal. Can't speak for the other ones but this is worth the drive alone.

UPDATE: Customer service was important and management remedied the situation. I'm so happy to be back in the store, the food is so good.
Customer service was So disappointed that I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Literally get lunch there 4 or sometimes 5x a week (at least 2 if not 3 orders at a time). Today, the diet pepsi was out of order, not the 1st time, no big deal. When I went to fill my cup I saw the out of order sign and asked if I can grab a bottle instead. In the past, no problem and grabbed a bottle. Not today, the young gentleman at the register told me no 3x, and said I had to pay more. I said I had no idea it was out. He didn't care and I had to cut back in line to pay extra. Such a shame that we spend so much money there and that's they way customers are treated when I had no knowledge or control that the diet Pepsi was out. Disappointed - I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.

I love coming here! The staff always remembers my name and my order number 13 for life. Every one in the staff is super friendly never had a problem. They make getting my order so easy and fun, and it just feels good walking in and being greeted like that every time.

I love coming to this location. The service is always fast and the food is consistently good, but what really makes the experience better is the staff. Mei and Niah always make me laugh they’re so fun, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel comfortable while you’re waiting for your order. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it shows in the energy of the store. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

Slowest Jersey Mike’s ever. Have ordered multiple times thru the app and the sandwich has NEVER been ready when I come in. When I am it takes another 15 minutes of waiting around. Always a huge cluster of people because clearly they don’t care about online orders. Just turn them off if you’re so miserable making online orders lol

Called to order take-out like i’ve done dozens of times. The young lady prompts me ā€œit’ll just be easier if you come place your order in storeā€. I then explained to her why ordering ahead saves me wasted time of just sitting there while they make it(it’s a hot sandwich so it typically takes 10-15 minutes)

Overall a standard jersey mikes. Upset that my sandwich somehow took over 20 minutes to prepare. Sat in the restaurant for over twenty minutes while everyone in my party had their food. I understand warm sandwiches take a little longer but they clearly just ignored my order as I watched several others get cooked before mine from people who came in after

Came here to get a sandwich after a long day at work. Crystal and nate took our orders and made the most amazing sammy I've ever had. Crystal she had amazing customer service! Thank you, Crystal and nate, for taking pride in your jobs!

Ordered online for pick up, added another order for another sandwich when I arrived, no problem waiting for the second one. Went home and as soon as I open the paper to take a bite I see a black hair sticking out - comically so visible. Frustrating but sometimes happens. I called and let the manager know what happened and they said they really can’t do much but just remake the sandwich. It’s just a waste of everyone’s time to drive back just to have it made how it should have been the first time, but I did go back and bring the sandwich back for a replacement. The manager on the phone wouldn’t acknowledge me or make eye contact, someone else had to take it back, I showed them the hair. Got my new sandwich. Went home to finding out the second sandwich I had ordered ten mins apart had multiple blonde hair in it. I’m not even bothering to call the ā€œmanagerā€ because there is nothing to say. Hairnets would be my suggestion. My two sandwiches ten mins apart both having hair I’m sure is not just a one time coincidence and I’m sure the orders between had some issues too.

This place is great!!, The employees are full of joy and they do a fantastic job at making sandwiches. Making it a true experience. They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and took my order quickly. It’s was a fast process, from making my sandwich to wrapping it. They asked me if I wanted extra add on besides Mike ways (which is my favorite) without even having to ask. The overall experience was great and I definitely will be coming back again.
