I just left after waiting 25mins, for 3 lukewarm sandwiches. What a well spent $33. After a long day at work & school, what a disappointment. I will never go to a Jersey Mike’s again and will tell others the same. How awful.
The subs maybe good @ Jersey Mike's, but the regional manager and owner are another story. My car was damaged by an umbrella that was open during a wind storm and neither one has bothered to follow up with me. Come on guys, put on your " big girl panties" and take care of your obligations. I realize this was a freak accident but it was your responsibility to remove the umbrellas from your patio before the storm hit. Luckily no one was hurt.
