Ordered online and it wasn’t ready when I got there which is fine but then I waited 10 extra minutes as it sat on the pick up shelf no one acknowledged me to let me know it was done and I got up to look as it’s been over 15 minutes from the original pickup time very frustrating and disorganized.

Hmmmm looking at last couple reviews and I am not feeling that. I went here after I just worked 10+ hours and just was not going to cook. ( I manage a restaurant) I had a buy 2 get 1 giant for free. Perfect for my family. I believe it was a Saturday around 5ish almost 6. Anyhow there was 4 you people working and all very helpful and friendly. Now remember I manage a restaurant, so I stood back and watched these 4 work and they were one hell if a unit never missing a beat. In store/online orders. Great job to management and even as high as ownership for taking care I’d these employees. I will be back for sure

Well, I got a good one for ya! I was at the 4605 E. Chandler blvd., Phoenix Az location (Saturday, March 22 2025 @ 7:40 pm), and the (male) who was taking the order's argued vehemently with me about the types of bread he would not give me! I wanted white bread, and he refused. Making every excuse about how they didn't make enough for the rest of the night orders. I was trying to understand, so I made two wheat, but my kid is autistic and I needed one of them white. He flat out refused, I said look don't argue with me if you don't have enough white bread that is not my problem, but I will get two sandwiches in wheat. He said NO! The only thing that saved him was the three young women who were so sweet. The one said it is ok to give white bread. Later, I explained to her about my autistic kid, and she said she understood and was so nice. I tipped well because I don't believe everyone else (three ladies) should suffer due to ONE rotten apple (male) employee.

Is the slow roasted chicken cage free? I, myself prefer a chicken that hasnt done any hard time.

It was my 1st time I walked in the vibe was off I saw a lot of workers but no one greeted me I still place my order cheesesteak sub the guy said that’s it I’m like yeah stood back and waited I saw the fresh station were the pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. were in. I wanted some toppings on my sub. I was giving my sub without the option of getting toppings. I didn’t know what to do so I asked for a few things on the side I was giving packets of mayo that I didn’t want that I wanted my sandwich to go through the fresh station to ask what topping I want and I feel I was skipped and was handed a reg cheese and meat Philly sub I didn’t want to be extra and have them redo it so I left with not having the full experience got inside my car and was not happy

Food was good but like most reviews mentioned here, they move at a pace of a turtle. We seriously wasted more than half our lunch time waiting for our sandwiches to be done. It wasn't that busy and they had decent amount of staff so what exactly is the excuse to be that slow? Never coming back to this location on that alone. People have limited time lunch breaks, the point is to be in and out in a timely manner, not waste most of your lunch time waiting on a cold sandwich to take 15-20 minutes. Seriously disappointed.

Wasted my entire lunch break waiting for a sandwich I ordered 1 hour before arriving and after reminding them several times I was waiting they didn't even start making it till after I had been waiting 25 minutes. To top it off, when I got back to work I discovered they gave me an entirely different sandwich from what I ordered. Will not be coming back.

I placed an online order for a chipotle cheesesteak and received a chicken instead I hadn’t discovered it until I got home to enjoy my lunch. I called the restaurant to let them know and the supervisor asked if I could come back, they can remake it. I let them know I couldn’t because I’m on lunch and now I don’t have anything to eat he said, “you can’t eat it, I know it’s not what your order but it’s also good”. I asked for a refund and he said ok and hung up on me. This location is a mess second time I’ve had issues over a simple sandwich I doubt I’ll get my refund considering he didn’t provide any additional information or even asked my name before he hung up. Save your time and money in the trash this goes.
