The employees didn't greet any customer picking up for app pick up. no customer service. They messed up my entire order. 1 swiss and mushrooms wasn't grilled in was raw mushrooms on on bread. The other swiss and mushroom giant has almost nothing on it and what was undercooked, and mushrooms tasted dirty. fresh cut meat and fresh cut cheese. grilled onions and peppers wow the sandwich was awesome. this was our first visit and loved the place and the staff was great.then noticed the sign that said open since 1956 now I can see why.
I just received, finally, my order, or what they call my order and was totally ticked off!!! After waiting for Door Dash to get it here, which took way longer than it should have! You should start your own delivery service! The portions for the two tubs were totally inadequate for the money I had to spend on them!
I would expect a “Big Kahuna” with extra cheese and extra meat would have been way better than it was! The wife’s was more anemic than mine! I spent over $25...read full review
