Came to phoenix for a week to do a remodel bought jersey Mike's for the contractors daily today stopped in this location the new gal with the red hair net made the sandwich incorrectly and asked for a new one after she tried to pick the wrong toppings off the sandwich then in retaliation conveniently forgot to put it in the bag the lack of Decorum from everyone there and indignant manner the young ladies spoke was confusing to say the least the all were obtuse and it seemed like an inside joke
Staff are children but to treat a veteran on memorial day like that speaks loudly

Went to Jersey Mike's today, got a free subway for my Birthday. Wow ! I ordered my favorite Turkey & Provolone. To my surprise got No Provolone or no Banana Peppers...I gave it away. This is why I am funny about tipping. Had they of done it right, I would of definitely went back and tipped...smh ! Disappointed. Next time they will have to make in my presence !

May 4th, 2025 approx 12:45 pm the man taking the orders was super rude. When I ordered my 2nd sandwich with attitude he said “it’s gonna be a while, I can’t do everything. You’re going to have to wait.” Continued to have attitude with other customers and reiterated to his co workers “I can’t do everything.” His co workers were very friendly and busy as well.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, here’s why. This was hands down one of the most alienating, tone-deaf customer service experiences I’ve had — and unfortunately, it occurred at my fav sandwich shop.

The moment I walked into this unfamiliar Jersey Mike’s location, I sensed something was off. The man behind the counter (who is mentioned in multiple other HORRIBLE reviews) — older, probably bald, expressionless, rotten tooth and exuding the warmth of a DMV printer (details unfortunately burned into my memory due to this interactions discomfort, but he deserves this horrible review) — didn’t greet me, smile, or offer the slightest acknowledgment and/or expression. Instead, he stared coldly as if I’d inconvenienced him by existing.

I politely asked if I could substitute turkey for ham in the Original Italian due to an allergy — a perfectly reasonable request that other locations have accommodated without hesitation. His response? “Speak up,” he snapped, followed by a condescending refusal unless I agreed to an upcharge. This, despite the fact that I was going to remove meat AND cheese — a net loss in both ingredients and cost.

This was not a simple miscommunication. This was a complete failure of hospitality. His demeanor wasn’t just unfriendly — it was actively hostile. Combine that with his appearance being eerily consistent with other negative reviews, and what you have is a textbook case of someone unfit to represent any customer-facing brand.

Frankly, if this man is the standard this location accepts, I fear for the integrity of your hiring practices. I left — and I won’t be returning.

Great sandwich and really went above and beyond. Shout out to the manager Autumn for really stepping up.

Went there tonight to pick up an online order. Took over an hour there were people in front of me waiting I think they were drivers they were there for over 30 minutes One of them tried to convey that she was taking up their time by not telling them how long it would take and she said that she didn't care whatsoever. As all of us had to wait about an hour for our orders The place was empty and they had a few online orders and that's it. The service was absolutely terrible from the girl at the cash register for everyone in there. As I read other reviews they seem to be a lot like my review but I didn't add the girl that was an absolute nightmare she does throw sandwiches up people including myself. She gets a very mean look on her face like a spoiled little brat and then she goes and cries in the back. After treating people like garbage. The review where the person said the sandwich was literally thrown at them with the wheat bread instead of white when they made it clear to them there was probably just a stare at the person and they wrap the sandwich and threw it at them. Because that's what this girl does there is no other Jersey Mike's that this happens at. You're getting these reviews one stars because of her. If I owned a business and it was on fire I would pour water on it to put it out if you know what I mean. So get rid of your problem so people can enjoy going there. Because it's usually her and just two other people in there in the evening and it doesn't seem that anyone is managing during the evening hours. During the day this place is great. Go after 6:00 p.m. Well I warned you. as the other numerous amazing amount of one star ratings will tell you. I don't have to give you her name because you guys already know there's no way you couldn't know.

I have yet to find a better sub place. Jersey Mike's always hits the spot! If you want something delicious and satisfying, I recommend this over something like Subway and whatever else is out there.

I decided try Jersey Mike's specifically because I wanted a sandwich with avocado. I ended up choosing roast beef and turkey with avocado. However, after seeing brown mashed avocado spread on the bread, I asked if they had any fresh avocado and they told me no. So, I canceled my sandwich order and promptly left. I understand that avocado oxidizes quickly when exposed to air, but that is preventable if it's sliced at the time they make the sandwich. This was obviously mashed a while ago and looked terrible! Oxidized avocado not only looks unappealing, it tastes awful, too!

My wife and I went to the 7th Ave and Bell location to pick up dinner. We ordered and waited 15 minutes for my sandwich to be made. They made my sandwich on wheat after I asked for white. I asked the girl at the counter why it was made on wheat and that I don't care for wheat bread. They wrapped the sandwich and threw it on the counter. I thought they had changed the bread I stood in awe and asked about getting toppings and was told they don't do that for hot sandwiches. I asked about the bread and was told they did not change from wheat because they had just ran out of white, right after I had ordered my sandwich. I said we come here alot, but after this service we will not return. The girl at the counter said " Well, we'll still be here. The sadd thing is I had tipped them when I paid prior to my food being done.

We saw your reply and obviously you missed the point!!! It wasn't accuracy... it was the horrific service. Throw the food on the counter, refusal to make the sandwich right, rude comments by staff, and general disregard for the customers paying their salaries and yours! They represent you in all they do!!! Do you not read your customer's posts? We aren't the first and obviously wont be the last. So in reading your response... We will urge everyone to avoid being treated horribly, and avoid this location.

Arrived at 8:40pm. Store closes at 9pm. Out of bacon, mushrooms and the grill is off. Should close at 8 instead. But then again the grill will be off at 7:40.
