This is the worst jersey Mike's ever. They are under staffed and incompetent. No one can give you an answer when your order will be ready when you go in for pick up. The team leader or whatever there title is just avoids you like the plague. If you like waiting for your food this is the place to go

I usually love Jersey Mike’s, but my experience at this particular location has been incredibly disappointing. Because of the manager, Autumn. She’s consistently rude, not just to customers but especially to her employees. My younger cousin used to work there, and as a shy and hardworking teen, she didn’t deserve the treatment she received.
Autumn gives toxic energy and makes people feel uncomfortable and disrespected. There are clear signs of favoritism, and it’s upsetting to witness how she treats people differently based on appearance, race, or identity.
Until management changes or Autumn learns to treat both employees and customers with basic kindness and respect i won’t be coming back 100%.
