absolutely the best sub sandwiches around. However theres one of those flock safety cameras put in the parking lot outside that uses AI surveillance to track me everywhere i go so after over a decade i no longer feel comfortable giving this location my business.

I came here today on Thursday, 9/11, around 7 pm and the service is EXCELLENT!!! The staff are very friendly and you can tell the difference with the customer service skills here compared to others food places in the area, which cannot compare to the friendly and welcoming staff!!!! Great job!

I'm on vacation from Connecticut and haven't been to this jersey mikes before but this place was very clean, staff were very nice, they said thank you to me...... I would 100% eat here again. Also i'm not sure if she's the boss but the Boss lady kept thanking her employees which was nice to hear

Came here for my lunch run for the first time. I wasn’t sure about how to order and how things work here, however, the employees were thoroughly helpful and also gave me a cookie since it was my first time here which absolutely made my day. I got a #8 and I’ll definitely be back again!

food was buss. was having issues with grub hub (do NOT ever use it.) asked if i could just come pick up my order as i had placed it over an hour ago and the lady who answered the phone said yes of course and that she would deal with any drivers that would eventually come for it. showed up, she even remade it for me since like i said it was over an hour ago. didn’t get her name girl with the pink hair thank you 🙌🙌

First time being here. Atmosphere is great, staff was friendly and attentive. Outside the building was chaos as there were small children blocking the entrance and running around the parking area designed for pick up. Sandwich for a mini is a bit pricey for it being mediocre. Bread (rosemary) had good flavor. I got the #13 I believe it was, the original Italian. The overall sandwich just wasn’t it. Definitely missing something!! I honestly won’t be coming back but sharing my experience to help others.

I ordered a regular number 7 on white bread, the bread is very hard. So hard that I could not eat the rest of my sandwich. I placed my order at 5:10 and picked it up by 5:20.
I called the store 4 times and not one single call was answered.

I've been coming to this location for lunch for over 3 years now. It's nice because I order on the app and it's ready to eat when I get there letting me relax during my break. Teresa and the crew are always personable and the food good. It's always nice to be greeted by people that enjoy what they do.

I stopped by after a long day at work and asked for a sub off of the secret menu that I saw on YouTube from “That Crazy Sub Guy “ The staff had fun making it ! “ The Olivia “ it was Amazing ! Thank You ! 10 out of 10 .. I’ll be back to try more subs !
