Worst Philly cheese steak I've ever had. The floor was wet from the toilet/ bathroom no sign saying Caution! Staff was giggling and acting like 4yr.olds.. It was my first time and last time I will be going back

If you order online they will 100% mess up the order.

Wasn't able to get food. Walked in and the staff wasn't helpful at all and I ended up standing in a line. No signs on where to order. That ended up being for pickups only. 2 people then ordered that came in after me and I didn't have enough time to wait longer. Staff is useless when it comes to customer awareness.

The staff here always puts a smile on my face! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming every time I come in. My go-to is the Ham and Provolone “Mike’s Way” — onions, lettuce, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, and salt. There’s so much flavor packed into that sandwich! The rosemary Parmesan bread is always fresh and so tasty too.

The sandwich is less than $10, and I usually only eat half and save the rest for later — such a great deal. The food is always consistently good, and ordering through the app is super easy. My order is always ready on time and exactly right when I pick it up. Highly recommend!

absolutely the best sub sandwiches around. However theres one of those flock safety cameras put in the parking lot outside that uses AI surveillance to track me everywhere i go so after over a decade i no longer feel comfortable giving this location my business.

I came here today on Thursday, 9/11, around 7 pm and the service is EXCELLENT!!! The staff are very friendly and you can tell the difference with the customer service skills here compared to others food places in the area, which cannot compare to the friendly and welcoming staff!!!! Great job!

I'm on vacation from Connecticut and haven't been to this jersey mikes before but this place was very clean, staff were very nice, they said thank you to me...... I would 100% eat here again. Also i'm not sure if she's the boss but the Boss lady kept thanking her employees which was nice to hear

Came here for my lunch run for the first time. I wasn’t sure about how to order and how things work here, however, the employees were thoroughly helpful and also gave me a cookie since it was my first time here which absolutely made my day. I got a #8 and I’ll definitely be back again!
