food was buss. was having issues with grub hub (do NOT ever use it.) asked if i could just come pick up my order as i had placed it over an hour ago and the lady who answered the phone said yes of course and that she would deal with any drivers that would eventually come for it. showed up, she even remade it for me since like i said it was over an hour ago. didn’t get her name girl with the pink hair thank you 🙌🙌

First time being here. Atmosphere is great, staff was friendly and attentive. Outside the building was chaos as there were small children blocking the entrance and running around the parking area designed for pick up. Sandwich for a mini is a bit pricey for it being mediocre. Bread (rosemary) had good flavor. I got the #13 I believe it was, the original Italian. The overall sandwich just wasn’t it. Definitely missing something!! I honestly won’t be coming back but sharing my experience to help others.

I ordered a regular number 7 on white bread, the bread is very hard. So hard that I could not eat the rest of my sandwich. I placed my order at 5:10 and picked it up by 5:20.
I called the store 4 times and not one single call was answered.

I've been coming to this location for lunch for over 3 years now. It's nice because I order on the app and it's ready to eat when I get there letting me relax during my break. Teresa and the crew are always personable and the food good. It's always nice to be greeted by people that enjoy what they do.

Unprofessional unfriendly workers often mock customers for their racial background

I stopped by after a long day at work and asked for a sub off of the secret menu that I saw on YouTube from “That Crazy Sub Guy “ The staff had fun making it ! “ The Olivia “ it was Amazing ! Thank You ! 10 out of 10 .. I’ll be back to try more subs !

Had a few bad experiences at other Jersey Mike's locations. This location completely renewed my faith in Jersey Mike's once again. Excellently made sandwich, professional courteous staff.

We came in just before close at 8:30. I always feel bad going into a business just before close but the two men there made me and my husband feel so welcome. They were cracking jokes and had such a good energy about them. It's to bad that we're only in the area once a month. It's that kind of joyful experience that make you wanna come back. The sandwiches were also great we got the normal amount of meat (obviously, don't expect extra if you're not expecting to pay for it) and went we asked they really loaded up on the fixins. All and all a wonderful experience.

I can get past the consistent rude attitudes we get from the employees who obviously don’t care about working here, but now on a Friday night they’re out of bread? I just don’t know what kind of business we are trying to run here. lol

Happy valley location has poor customer service. Someone needs to train the guys working to do better 6/15/24 at 7p

Went into the Happy Valley location at 7:50 and was told that they could not make my sandwich because they already cleaned the grill and that they would only except card. The restaurant does not close till 9PM. I understand the desire to pre close to help you get out of there early but to clean the grill of a fast food restaurant with an hour left before closing is absolutely unacceptable, and shows a lack of care for your customers.

As long as your staff continues to do multiple tasks with the same gloves on I will continue to walk out and give same review
