Food was good, lettuce was more on the brown side than green. Came in around 7 to pick up a mobile order and the 2 staff were on their phones at the front and hadn't even started my order. Both had earphones in as well. Just seemed a little unprofessional in my opinion. Had to wait in store 15mins for my 2 sandwiches, and I was the only customer there

Saturday, 10/14 @11:00. Staff were nice but one sandwich had stale bread and one was not warmed in the oven as requested.

Love jersey mikes but this location had rock hard old bread. For the price and poor quality I will be going elsewhere from now on!

The manager here does not take coupons even though when I order cashier said would honor! Horrible service won't come back to ANY Jersey mikes for sure!!!I also called their corporate office and emailed them! That's a joke! They don't respond! Prices are outrageous for amount of food!!!

The subs taste good. You may spend a few dollars more than a competitor, but they know what they are doing. If you order a to go order it is usually ready to go when you order it online. No issues yet with waiting or giving me the wrong order.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and tables outside, if your wheelchair takes up a lot of space. No steps to get in the door.

Few things regarding this complain:Date: 08/06/2023Time: Around 6:40pmEmployees: Two young ladies and a gentlemen / No name captured sadlyOn the date and time mentioned above I sent my mother and father to Jersey Mikes located at 2501 West Happy Valley Road Phoenix, AZ.They went to obtain our standard order, the number 8 Mickes way. As usual, my parents stood in front of the window when they arrived. The employees did not acknowledge them as they went about their work. While my parents waited not one but two people walked into the store to pick up orders. The infuriating thing is that they were both greeted and asked “pick up or delivery” along with “how can we help” but my parents were yet to be acknowledged. It doesn't end there; before my parents are even acknowledged, a third individual enters the restaurant and is greeted and asks to be served. The young woman working the counter eventually assisted my mother, who was running out of patience, by telling the ladies that they were next. However, her assistance was more forced than voluntary. This didn't end where you might have thought it did. My father brought out a $100 bill when it was time to pay, but the young woman stated they didn't take bills that big. When my mother took out a $50 bill, she was informed that she could not use that amount. You'd think they could break a 50 for a 20-dollar order, but apparently not! Ask anyone, I think they would agree that this is a little outrageous! Finally, when my mother asked the young woman for her name after paying, all she could respond with was, "It is on the receipt," refusing to provide it to my mother or write it down as required. My parents were parked in front of the restaurant, and as they turned around, all they could see were the two young women giggling as they stared in their direction. What they were doing or what their motives were can only be speculated!I work for American Express, and we understand the importance of customer service and the positive effects it can have on a business. I find it upsetting to see such a terrible experience come from Jersey Mickes, a reputable business. I'll even state that my parents experienced discrimination because of their race (Hispanic). This awful experience had a significant negative influence on my mother's social anxiety, and I sincerely hope senior management will see my feedback and get in touch to learn more. I would like to present corporate with an opportunity to address this issue before seeking other avenues like the media.

Several of the stores would NOT honor a coupon even though on the back in the fine print it stated it was a valid coupon. HORRIBLE and DECEPTIVE!

I took my girls out to eat after school and the costumer service was beyond amazing!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were tended to right away with "how are we doing today" and "what could I get started for you?" The young lady helping us out was Desiree and she made sure me and my girls got everything done in a timely manner while still keeping a positive attitude! It definitely left an impact on me and my girls!! Lovely service as always and we hope to be coming back soon.

This location continuously screws up pick up and online orders. Unless you are there in person to make sure they make your food right, don't eat here. Every order they have screwed up for us isn't even special, it's the way the sandwich is supposed to come! We won't be going to this location anymore.

I mistakenly ordered on the app to the wrong location (Deer Valley) and when I told the people that they were so sweet in saying I could call and get it canceled/refunded. I did and the people at Deer Valley were sweet and helpful and were able to refund me.I got a club sandwich at the location I was actually at (Happy Valley) and was pleased that they sliced the meat and cheese as you order instead of having them presliced. There’s nothing wrong with presliced but there’s something about fresh cut ingredients that hits different. I certainly tasted the difference! The employee that did my sandwich was precise efficient and polite. As I sat down a third employee came out and started cleaning—sweeping wiping down tables etc. It was a normal amount of messy, the kind where you know a good amount of people were in there and enjoyed their food. I thought the trash was too full but when I threw away my own trash it was just a result of customers not compacting/pressing their trash down. There was a good amount of room left.I also believe that they had the right amount of employees! A lot of places tend to be understaffed simply by virtue of not having enough hours—not lacking people. I don’t know overall how they schedule people but it seemed reasonably balanced.Overall the people were nice, the store was actively being cleaned (not having been super dirty as if they had left it completely alone—normal amount of messy), and the food was good! Thanks you guys!

Always a favorite spot to stop and eat! Fresh bread, fresh food, and great service. No matter how busy it is, it goes smoothly. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. I wish our town had a Jersey Mikes!
