Jersey Mike's Subs

Cramped, tiny store with no room. Employees looked lost and confused. Took almost 40 minutes to make 3 sandwiches.

Came back again and the employee running the register took cash, and handled sandwiches without changing his gloves. Pretty nasty.

Went to this location tonight for dinner. This location has some of the hardest workers I’ve seen. Chris and Dylan are so kind and the subs were so tasty. They deserve a raise! I will definitely be returning to this location!

Ordered online. Walked in greeted by employees, order was ready, came home and sandwiches were perfect! Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, I had the BLT, very tasty! My husband had the club supreme, very good. Store seemed much more organized, and better atmosphere than several months ago. Employees were smiling and pleasant.

I had made an order for delivery and had called to cancel the order due to a mistake and got an employee by the name Jagger who I informed of the issue and he informed me that the order would be cancelled and refunded, but not confidently. After assuming my order was cancelled (because I was informed of so) I placed another order . I had called again to confirm the amount of orders placed and to have just at least one cancelled and refunded and I got Jagger again . When on the phone with Jagger I was just trying to explain the situation and my confusion but he would NOT let me explain , kept interrupting and defending himself when I was not placing blame and just needed the issue resolved and figured out . When on the phone Jagger got very contradicting and rude and had told me to wait one second because he had needed to figure something out and and my response was it was okay and to take his time and he responded with “I was not talking to you” . I’m sorry but I’ve worked customer service majority of my life and that is absolutely no way of talking to a customer that you’re annoyed with . Sounds like to me that Jagger is not meant to be customer facing. I called back to get his name and spoke to a gentleman by the name Reece who I sure hope is NOT a supervisor by any means because he knew I was upset and did not provide any resolution. I will provide some advice, sometimes all you have to do is be an active lister and apologize . This Jersey mikes location needs to do better . I figured out my issue myself with no help from your employees .
Do better Reece and Jagger or look elsewhere for your careers and job choices .

Talk about fast friendly and respectful service i could tell they were in the middle of prep for the day and the 2 employees in there just about dropped everything to get me back on the road Best location I've been to yet will definitely be using more often

The worst customer service!
Guy was so rude who made my sandwich and rang me up. Put the wrong cheese on my sandwich because he was in a bad mood and didn’t want to fix it because they were closing soon, not actually closed. I guess when your open sign is on your supposed to ask permission if it’s okay to be a customer.
I threw my $11 sandwich away because it just didn’t taste right. I freaking love my jersey mikes sub normally !!! But this made me NEVER want to go back. What a disappointment.

Did not appreciate the guy cutting the subs at the end. The young man needs a hair cut, or a net for his hair.
He leans over the sub with his long hair inches from the sub.
