Great, friendly staff, however I was a bit disappointed in my sandwich. It was very challenging to eat as it had too much dressing on it. The bread fell apart and the cold cuts wound up sliding out of my sandwich. It also just wasn't super flavorful. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there maybe 10 minutes later, the shop was super busy. However, the staff were extremely polite and accommodating, offering me a fountain drink while I waited for my sandwich (my wait was less than 5 minutes). Not my favorite Jersey Mike's experience.

Food is always good at Jersey Mikes. BUT, the service at this location is TERRIBLE. The employees work on to-go orders for people who are not even there to pick them up yet and completely ignore the long line of customers actually in the store. Horrible management.

Wow! This place was AMAZING! We were in a tight pinch. Our conference ran short of food, that was ordered for lunch, and we immediately went to Jersey Mike's (literally down the street from where the conference was held) We needed 20 small sandwiches... this would have been considered a catering order and they would not be ready for 90 minutes. This would not have been acceptable. Instead of 20 small sandwiches, we purchased 5 giant sandwiches and had them cut into quarters. The staff was AMAZING, and Accommodating, and made all 5 sandwiches in about 10 minutes. We made it back to the conference and had happy participants. Thank you to the staff at Jersey Mike's! You saved the day!

I frequently order food from here on a weekly basis and it’s always pretty good. Today I ordered the tuna in a tub and it had so much mayonnaise that I couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing it away. I would highly recommend if you could simply cut back on adding so much mayonnaise next time around please.

My son gets the Philly and it is lights out! Piping hot everytime!Service is attentive and friendly! We like Jagger the most everybody there is cool and kind. Clean location I like the photos of the jersey shore I ordered the same sandwich everytime for 10 years until a few weeks ago. I tried the Italian sub and it was good too. Fresh baked bread and fresh sliced meats and cheese make a great Sando!!
Ordered a couple to sandwiches to go, one grilled, and watched them cook the sandwiche without cleaning the grill first. Was then given a incorrect sandwich for my order. When I returned to get the correct sandwich made they argued about correcting the order. New sandwich was eventually made but meat over cooked and hard. Disgusting food and service.

I would give this place a firm 0, entering the location , it was my first time trying Jersey mikes, people seem to love this place (not this location). So I tried it. Not greated to begin with, I ignored that gesture and proceeded to get in line to try a number 43 . Me and my sister ordered a sandwich that was recommended by our co workers.to begin with the woman that seemed to be the manager was okay. Followed by a young girl, who seemed lost in her world, and un happy. I mean i get it , we all have days we wish were better and I tried understanding, once we got the club sandwich the girl just stared at us and we were a bit confused, then I asked "do you want, us to tell u what we want in the sandwich?" And she had a face that I kid you not just wanted me to leave and tell her a bunch of things, but I took the benefit of the doubt, and just shrugged it off and waited for my food but for my sisters sandwich they didn't do their normal olive oil and red vinegar and oregano. She just forcefully placed some veg on the sandwich and plopped it on the paper, I'm sure no one should have their food in such ugly manner, I don't even do that to my dog let alone another person. definitely don't come here. I would try other locations but just never this one. Ps. Plastered a pound of mayo on them and there was another lady in line who was there too that was treated poorly, she had more guts than I did because she told the girl her wrong doing. I did not.
